109年與民間團體及學校合作推動環境教育之輔導與管理專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫執行成果包括：（一）協助完成57案民間團體及大專院校申請補助案之初審查作業，經由審查會議核定17案之補助案；並於本計畫執行期間，指派1名專案人員，每週至少4天至署內，辦理本補助計畫核銷及結案等作業，提昇核銷及結案作業之效率。（二）協助修訂「110年本計畫評審委員審查評分標準」及109年獲補助單位「執行情形評分標準」，以利未來年度本計畫之管理；研擬環境教育基金補（捐）助民間團體、學校執行環境教育計畫之經費核銷結案簡化作業。（三）透過實地查訪各受補（捐）助單位辦理環境教育活動之情形，促使各受補（捐）助單位落實計畫執行，達成補助計畫預訂目標及預期效益（四）109年9月2日邀請審查委員召開成果發表會評審委員工作會議，針對成果報告書面資料審查評分、現場成果展示審查評分、分數計算方法、特優獎及優等獎得獎基準以及各計畫主題評定名次等之成果發表會審查評分原則及標準。109年11月21日於張榮發基金會國際會議中心舉辦環境教育基金補（捐）助成果發表會，共計201人參與現場成果展示審查，呈現年度執行成果，並選出5件特優獎及7件優等獎，於閉幕典禮時頒獎表揚。 | ||

Working program of coorperation with civil organizations and universities to provide subsidy reviewed and counseling services for Environmental education in 2019.
| 英文摘要 | The results of implementing the project are as follows: 1.Assisted in completing 57 cases of project applications by civil organizations and universities to pass through preliminary examination and there are 17 project cases were chosen by the Review Conference voting. In addition, during the implementation of this plan, in order to enhance administrative efficiency, a special person was assigned, that is at least 4 days a week to EPA （Environmental Protection Administration）, is responsible for project expenditures application and closure...Etc. 2.Assisted in revising the "The scoring standards of Review Committee review scoring standard in 2021" and "The scoring standard of implementation for subsidized units in 2020" to facilitate the management of this plan in the future. And developed a study about simplify expenditures application of implementing environmental education programs by civil organizations and universities for environmental education fund. 3.Through inspections of the status of environmental education activities conducted by the subsidized units, to make sure them fulfill plan jobs, and achieved the target and expected benefits of the subsidy plan. 4.We invited judges to hold a meeting on September 2, 2020 to discussed about score calculation from performance report written and presentation at achievements publication meeting, the standards of distinguished award winners...etc. includes all scoring principles and standards in the achievements publication meeting. On November 21, 2020, a total of 201 people attended achievement meeting of the environmental education fund which was held in international conference center of CHANG YUNG-FA foundation. And all Civil organizations and universities are subsidized by EPA must presented their annual plan implementation results via live display. Finally, there are 5 the High Distinctions Certificates and 7 the Excellence Certificates are chosen as distinguished award winners by judges voting, and the winners were awarded at the awarding ceremony. | ||
