109年度廢機動車輛回收獎勵金審核執行專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 政府鼓勵民眾加速淘汰老舊之機動車輛及將民眾報廢之廢機動車輛導入合法體系並妥善處理，有效降低廢機動車輛處理不當衍生的環境問題。環保署於88年開始以申請獎勵金方式獎勵車主將報廢車體送入環保署稽核認證核定之合法回收體系，希望掌握與提升廢機動車輛回收及妥善處理之數量，在基管會努力的宣導推動下，自92年迄今，統計經由本項政策導入合法回收體系的廢機動車輛約為740萬輛。 本計畫主要為受理及審核民眾申請廢機動車輛申請獎勵金作業，同時負責輔導回收商的聯繫工作，並提供民眾相關事項之諮詢服務等，截至11月30日止，共完成677,657筆案件受理及審驗作業，每月與回收商輔導通聯500通以上，以及40,542通次電話撥進／出服務，本專案逾14年以上的工作經驗，建立起獎勵金發放之標準作業方式，以符合民眾申請期望及達成政策推動方向。 將民眾誤寄至審驗單位之二行程案件，造冊並移交32件至環保署、更正疑似車牌重複申請件之車牌號碼64件、針對支票退回及退匯辦理重寄或重匯共計4,745件。 | ||

Reviewing the application of incentive on waste vehicles recycle project.
| 英文摘要 | The government has taken action to reduce the environmental problems that result from improper handling of scrapped motor vehicles; it has encouraged faster phasing-out of older motor vehicles and for scrapped motor vehicles to be entered into a legal recycling system, where they can be properly disposed of. The Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), aiming to control and increase the proper recycling and disposal of scrapped motor vehicles, began in 1999 to use incentive applications as rewards to car owners who had their scrapped car bodies sent to legal recycling systems approved through EPA auditing and certification. Since 2003, the EPA’s efforts in promoting the policy have paid off, as approximately 7.4 million scrapped motor vehicles have been recycled through legal recycling systems under the policy. The main purpose of this program is accepting and reviewing incentive applications for scrapped motor vehicles; it is also responsible for giving recycling operators guidance on the work involved in making contacts, as well as providing consultation services to the general public. As of November 30, a total of 677,657 applications have been accepted for review, 500 calls have been made for monthly guidance with recycling operators, and 40,542 outgoing/incoming calls have been completed for consultation services. Over 14 years of work experience have been accumulated in the program, during which it has established a standard operating procedure for allotment of rewards that meets public expectations and actually accords with the intent of the policy. Applications for two-stroke vehicles that people had mistakenly sent to the review unit were compiled, of which 32 were handed over to the EPA; 64 suspected cases of duplicate license plate numbers were corrected; and a total of 4,745 returned checks or rejected remittances were re-sent or re-remitted. | ||
