109 年臺中市營建工程暨道路洗掃查核計畫

中文摘要 期末報告執行期間(統計期程 109 年 02 月 1 日至 109 年 12月 31 日), 已蒐集分析營建工程徵收、管制、污染排放削減情形及執行成果資訊進行探討,據以擬定管制策略,執行成果摘要說明如下。 1.辦理營建工程空氣污染防制費徵收案件共 9,126件( 開工申報 4,960件、完工結算 4,166件及起、承造人資料變更 132件),總徵收金額為 156,459,493元; 採網路申報之申報率為 77.51%。 2.本年度總稽巡查次數為 11,877處次,削減率為 61.2%,納管率為 74.21%、管辦符合率為 97.63%。 3.執行施工機具排氣檢測完成 10輛次,其中 4輛符合建議標準。 4.針對區域開發工程執行 10處次空拍作業。 5.執行道路普查長度為 5,193.82公里,其中 A 級道路為 83.97%、B 級道路為 16.03%。

2020 Taichung City Construction Project and Road Cleaning Inspection

英文摘要 The infomation collection and analysis have been completed regarding to the construction levying, management, air pollution reduction as well as the results for the period of the final report(from February 01,2020 to November 15, 2020). Based on the proposed governance strategy, the summary of the executions is described as below: 1.Totally 9,126 cases of the Construction project air pollution prevention fee collections have been completed(includes 4,960 cases of the construction start application, 4,166 cases of the construction complete application and 132 cases of constructor change applition). The total amount collected is NTD $156,459,493. The online application rate is 77.51%. 2.11,877 inspections have been conducted within the year. The reduction rate is 61.2%, the admission rate is 74.21% and the compliance rate is 97.63%. 3.10 inspections of the vehcle emission have been conducted, of which 4 vehcles have meet the emission standard. 4.Currently, 10 aerial photography operations were performed over for the regional development projects, including two sites each time. 5.The total length of the road surveying conducted within the year is 5,193.82 km, in which Class A roads take up 83.97%, and Class B roads take up 16.03%.
