109年度「屏東縣空氣品質監測站操作維護及品保品管計畫」

中文摘要 本計畫依合約規定,自109年02月01日起開始執行空氣品質監測站操作維護。在履約期間執行1次一般空氣品質儀器設備第三方功能查核並均有符合行政院環境保護署制定之數據品質目標規定,且查核滿意比率皆達100%及VOCs自動分析儀年度查核均符合查核規範。 於操作維護期間均依合約規定定期執行維護保養工作,並於期限內提交期末報告。其每月各項儀器資料可用率部分皆達90%以上。 鹽洲測站空氣品質分析結果,SO2、NO2、O3、CO、PM10執行期間其監測濃度大致未超過空氣品質之規範;有機光化前驅物濃度分析,各月份前五大物種包含甲苯、丙烷、正丁烷、乙烷、間-對二甲苯、乙烯、異戊烷及乙炔等。 鹽洲測站空氣品質指標分析,自計畫期間(109年2月1日至110年1月31日空氣品質良率(AQI≦100)為62%,紅害日20站日,其中109年2月至10月創下連續9個月無PM2.5紅害,而於11月因冬季整體大氣環境影響,共計發生13件次PM2.5紅害空氣品質。AQI超過100的日數共計140天;其中以PM2.5為指標污染物之站日數為85站日,以O3為指標污染物之站日數為55站日。

2020 Annual Operation and Maintenance of the Pingtung Air Monitoring Stations and Quality Assurance Project

英文摘要 According to the contract, this project had completed including maintenance of air quality monitoring facility and Manually operated monitoring facility from Feb. 1, 2020 to Jan. 31, 2021. Executed the third party performance auditing of automatic detection facilities, and followed the quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) programs, and the acceptance rate was 100%.The performance auditing of photochemical monitoring equipment also followed the quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) programs during the performance. All the maintenance is performed regularly according to the contract (as follow), and the final report as submitted as scheduled. The availability rate of each instrument's data was over 90% each month. According to the YanJou air monitoring stations monitoring results, the SO2、NO2、O3、CO、PM10 concentration did not exceed the air quality standards during the implementation. The top five species of volatile organic compound concentration in each month include toluene, propane, ethane, n-butane, ethylene, m-p-xylene, acetylene, cumene and isopentane, etc. During the performance, the percentage of air quality index(AQI<100) was 62%, and the red alert poor air quality station day was never occurred for 9 consecutive months. In November, due to the influence of the overall atmospheric environment in winter, 13 cases of PM2.5 red alert poor air quality station day occurred. The total number of days when the AQI exceeds 100 was 140 days; among them, the number of station days with PM2.5 as the indicator pollutant was 85 station days, and the number of station days with O3 as the indicator pollutant was 55 station days.
