事業廢水特性調查及管制策略研析計畫

中文摘要 計畫調查國內醫院、公共污水下水道系統廢污水及承受水體之藥物特性,並依據國內使用情形、毒理資料、風險商數及國外管制現況,據以提出本土化醫院廢(污)水管理建議清單,研擬藥物類廢水之管理管制方式。歸納國內外持久性有機污染物管理管制動態及國內事業製程運作情形,調查全氟辛酸運作情形及濃度,並研提管理管制建議。依據現勘成果及諮商會意見,調整洗車廢水管理管制建議,而有關生物急毒性管理部分,亦依據專諮會意見修正放流水生物急毒性管理方式。此外,計畫亦歸納放流水標準管制項目研修歷程資料,以及更新事業廢水管理指引,並建立事業廢污水色度資料。

Investigation of industrial wastewater characteristic and analysis of management strategy

英文摘要 This project investigated the concentration of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in the surface water and the wastewater of domestic hospitals and public sewage treatment plant. Based on the domestic use situation, toxicological data, risk quotient and foreign control status, this project proposed a list of localized hospital wastewater management recommendations, and developed the management strategy for pharmaceutical wastewater. Besides, this project summarized both domestic and foreign persistent organic pollutants (POPs) management and the industrial usage in Taiwan, investigated PFOS and PFOA concentration of industrial wastewater, and drafted suggestion to the relevant control strategy. According to the survey results and the opinion of the consultative committee, this project adjusted the car wash wastewater management control strategy. Regarding the management of acute toxicity, this project renewed the strategy for acute toxicity regulations in the Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations based on the opinion of the consultative committee. Moreover, this project concluded the history information of the regulated items in the Effluent Standards, renewed the guidelines of industrial wastewater management, and developed the color information of industrial wastewater samples.
