In order to strengthen the management of incinerating recycled aggregate, this project reviewed the environmental quality standards of incinerating recycled aggregate, purpose of use, and hierarchical management of usage location and called into session to complete the revision for the management of incineration bottom recycling on May 18, 2020 and handle relevant instructions and counseling after the announcement. This project also compiles construction specifications and engineering application technology manual for the environmental use of incineration recycled aggregates, so that the engineering unit can follow and increase the willingness to use.
At the same time, in order to promote the application of inorganic recycled aggregates in the construction of the port area, this project was based on the legal and technical aspects of planning the use of recycled aggregates to promote the use of port projects, and organized the use of recycled aggregates in the port area. According to demand, the fifth meeting of this project promotion team conducted coordination, and continued to carry out 60 tracking monitoring for the use of incineration recycled aggregates in the port area.
For promoting the diversified utilization of inorganic recycled aggregates and project for the filling test of bases at different locations for backfill materials in the port area, this project assisted brick product manufacturers to use incineration recycled aggregates for trial production of brick blending and apply for the Green Mark this year. This project continued to promote the completion of the construction access backfilling project of the second phase of the Taipei Port's logistics and storage area land reclamation project and drafted the overall project of the land reclamation plan for the use of incineration recycled aggregates in the Taipei Port.
