109年度環保證照訓練教材-風險評估編修及廢（污）水空污噪音類檢修專案計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫應用”課程發展系統生命週期”方法，經由規劃、設計、建置、檢查、維護及檢討階段程序，建構一套具有制度化、專業化、實務化及健全化之課程編修運作流程與原則，並將此原則應用於後續相關環保專責人員訓練課程編修，期能符合當前環境保護法規規範與現場人員執業所需。本計畫執行完成相關教材新編、修編與勘誤修正工作，已順利完成本計畫六項主要工作內容：(1)檢討並編撰現行健康風險評估專責人員訓練教材：依據課程規劃、職能分析實際需求與各部會權責分工，已完成109年健康風險評估專責人員訓練教材編修教材初稿工作。 (2)調整108年度編撰之廢(污)水處理專責人員訓練教材：108年度已完成廢(污)水處理專責人員訓練教材初稿，為延續編撰工作的進行，今年(109年)經由各科作者互相檢查再次修訂教材，並調整各科時數。順利完成科目檢查整合與簡章時數修訂，並配合辦理一場教材使用說明會 (3) 依據各訓練機構之講座意見已勘誤完成533筆，分別說明如下：勘誤51筆現行廢(污)水處理專責人員訓練教材、勘誤188筆現行空氣污染防制專責人員訓練教材，並協助環訓所辦理空污教材使用說明會與後續教材上線使用事宜、勘誤107筆現行汽車行車型態及惰轉狀態檢查人員訓練教材，並將法規更新、勘誤36筆現行汽車排放控制系統及惰轉狀態檢查人員訓練教材、勘誤33筆現行機車排放控制系統及惰轉狀態檢查人員訓練教材、勘誤33筆現行機車行車型態及惰轉狀態檢查人員訓練教材、勘誤43筆現行柴油車排放煙度儀器檢查人員訓練教材，並將法規更新、檢討空氣污染物目測判煙方法、勘誤13筆現行室內空氣品質維護管理專責人員訓練教材、勘誤29筆公私場所噪音狀況檢查或鑑定人員訓練及機動車輛噪音檢查人員訓練教材。 (4)應指派人員1 名諳電腦文書處理，並具良好溝通協調企劃能力，每月至少至環訓所20 日，協助執行本計畫相關工作(含辦理各類環保專責及技術人員設置查核相關工作)。(5) 初步發展與建立「環保專責人員訓練課程發展作業指引」，並繳交初稿予環訓所。(6) 編撰室內空品維護管理專責人員在職訓練教材。以上本計畫已執行完成相關教材重編、修編與勘誤修正工作，尚符合計畫目標及工作進度，預期藉由提升各課程專責人員之實務操作專業需求，以確切有效達成其應盡的環境保護義務或使命。 | ||

Risk assessment, waste water, air pollution and noise pollution related training textbook revision project in 2020
| 英文摘要 | The project establishes a Couse Development System with Life-cycle approach, through the planning, design, construction and maintenance phase procedures, constructs a set of institutionalized, professional, practical and robust operational processes and principles for course editing. This principle is applied to the follow-up training of relevant environmental protection dedicated personnel training courses, which can meet the requirements of current environmental protection regulations and on-site personnel practice. The project completed the re-editing, revision and errata of the relevant textbooks. The six main tasks of the project have been successfully completed:(1) Review and compilation of the current health risk assessment specialist training textbook: Based on the curriculum planning, functional analysis of the actual needs and the division of responsibilities among related ministries, the first revision of the health risk assessment specialist training textbook was completed. (2)Adjust Dedicated Wastewater And Sewage Treatment Specialists training textbook. In 2019, this project completed the first draft of the training textbook for Dedicated Wastewater And Sewage Treatment Specialists, and provided the second revision in 2020 through a mutual check among the authors of each subject, and adjusted the training hours of each subject. The integration of the revised subjects and simplified chapter hours was completed , and a briefing on the use of the teaching materials was also held.(3) According to opinions of the training organizations, 533 errata have been completed , which are explained as follows: 51 errata in existing training textbook for Dedicated Wastewater And Sewage Treatment Specialists ; 188 errata in the Dedicated Air Pollution Control Specialist, and assistance has been provided to the Environmental Training Institute and the on-line use of subsequent teaching materials; 107 errata in existing training textbook for vehicle type and idling condition inspectors. The following training textbook will be updated and reviewed; Correct 36 records in existing training textbook for inspectors of vehicle emission control system and inert condition, Correct 33 records in existing training textbook for inspectors of motorcycle emission control system and inert condition, Correct 33 records in existing training textbook for inspectors of motorcycle driving type and inert condition, Correct 43 records in existing training textbook for inspectors of diesel vehicle emission smoke instrument and update the regulations, review the methods of visual inspection of air pollutants, Correct 13 records existing training textbook for inspectors of indoor air quality maintenance, Correct 29 records existing training textbook for inspectors of public and private places noise condition or identification and training textbook for inspectors of motor vehicle noise. (4) this project assigned an employee with good communication and coordination skills to work at least 20 days per month at the Eco-Training Institute to assist in various tasks related to environmental protection and technical staff setup and auditing. (5) Preliminary development and establishment of the "Guidelines for Development of Training Courses for Environmental Professionals", and submit the first draft to the Environmental Training Institute. (6) compiling the textbook of on job training for Indoor air quality management and maintenance. By enhancing the professional skill of the professionals, it is necessary to complete and revise these training courses to fit its practical requirement. | ||
