土壤及地下水資源管理與氣候變遷調適相互關係計畫

中文摘要 本計畫的推動,旨在研析國際間氣候變遷與土水資源永續管理之推動現況及方式,掌握土水資源氣候調適趨勢,提出我國未來土水資源永續行動方案建議。並透過辦理土水資源氣候調適研討會,引進跨領域重要新知,提升我國多元領域之行動知能。 主要成果包括:完成研析國際間應對氣候變遷所推動之土壤及地下水資源管理現況,並完成「推動土壤碳匯」及「成立土壤碳匯協作小組」2項行動方案。已於11/23~24邀請23位專家學者完成辦理第一屆「土水資源永續與氣候調適協作夥伴研討會」。研討會聚焦在「土水資源暨氣候調適」、「土水資源永續策略」及「土水整治之挑戰與機會」三大主題。並將研討會成果彙編成成果紀錄冊及數位影音教材。

Adaptation of Soil and Groundwater Management Plan

英文摘要 The project aims to analyze the current situation and methods of international climate change and sustainable management of land and water resources, grasp the trend of climate adjustment of land and water resources, and propose sustainable action plans for my country's future land and water resources. In addition, we will introduce important new knowledge across different fields by holding seminars on climate adjustment of soil and water resources, and enhance our country's action knowledge in multiple fields. The main results include: the completion of research and analysis of the current status of soil and groundwater resources management promoted by the international response to climate change, and two action plans of "promoting soil carbon sequestration" and "establishing a soil carbon sequestration collaboration group" have been proposed. 23 experts and scholars have been invited from November 23 to 24 to complete the first "Land Water Sustainability and Climate Adaptation Collaboration Partner Seminar". The seminar focused on the three themes of "Land and Water Resources and Climate Adjustment", "Land and Water Sustainability Strategies" and "Challenges and Opportunities in Land and Water Remediation". The contents of the seminar has been compiled into a record of the achievement and digital audio-visual teaching materials.
