108年度「屏東縣空氣品質感測物聯 網布建計畫」-後續擴充
中文摘要 | 一、依據「108 年及109 年空氣品質感測器布建之合辦說明及注意事項」落實分級巡 檢智慧維護檢修作業模式完成兩次「300 台感測器維運巡檢服務」及兩次「400 台感測器維運巡檢服務」,自備檢測器,將感測器按其布建位址及其各類相似特 性分群,執行巡檢比對時間至少收集16 小時,維運巡檢結果均符合巡檢品質目 標。 二、 配合行政院環境保護署執行第三方績效查核作業。第三方查核時間為於109 年 04 月09 日至04 月16 日,其品質滿意度為97%,資料完整率部分為99.47%, 高居全國第二之表現。 三、 本計畫自109 年01 月01 日執行至109 年11 月30 日止,其月平均資料完整率均 有90%以上。 四、 辦理6 場次(共747 人次)空氣品質及空氣污染認知(含監測站及感測器差異說 明)說明會或說明活動,傳達科技應用知識及政府利用智慧網打擊污染犯罪以改 善環境品質之理念,讓各界能瞭解感測物聯網的應用。 五、 運作400 台規模之空品物聯網,利用空氣品質感測物聯網輔助環境智慧治理,解 析各感測點污染物濃度時序變化情形,經融合風速、風向數據分析,標定污染熱 區、排放潛勢區及污染時間熱點,縮短蒐證及稽查時間,有效打擊空氣污染業者, 並於109 年持續應用於環境執法稽查,現已查獲告發違規行為12 件,罰鍰金額 達約250 萬元(統計至109 年12 月20 日),相較108 年度執行狀況(查獲告發違 規行為5 件,罰鍰金額計70 萬元),裁罰金額成長300%,裁罰件數成長200%。 六、 109 年持續應用於環境執法稽查成果,依據環保署統計資料顯示各縣市感 測器輔助稽查應用成果,屏東縣裁罰金額及稽查家數均為全國第二,非六 都縣市第一。 | ||

108 Pingtung County air quality sensors IoT deployment project - further procurement
英文摘要 | I. Our company has accomplished the deployment of 400 sensors maintenance service in 2019~2010, including two 300 sensors maintenance services and two 400 sensors maintenance services. assort every 3 sensors as a group to execute sensor-performance quality controlling tour task with twenty portable air analyzers in at least 16 hours, the inspection results were in compliance with the regulations. II. It executed twice third-party cheque with EPA. The third-party cheque date was on Apr. 09, 2020 to Apr. 16, 2020. The quality satisfaction was 97%, data completion rate was 99.47%, the second highest performance in the country. III. The 400 sensors of monthly average completion rate was over 90%. IV. Handle 6 air quality and air pollution conference (including monitoring station and sensor difference description), and communicate the application knowledge of science and technology and the government's concept of using smart networks to combat pollution crimes to improve environmental quality, so that all walks of life can understand the application of sensing IoT. V.
