精進生活廢棄物減量、清理管理專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本(109)年度計畫執行期限自4月1日起至12月31日止，109年完成蒐整歐盟、日本、韓國及中國大陸等國家對於一般廢棄物管理政策與制度，提出對我國一般廢棄物清理及再利用政策精進建議，研擬一般廢棄物資源循環方案（草案）。協助機關依據廢棄物清理法第14條第2項審查縣市提出之一般廢棄物再利用試驗計畫。透過訪查廢潤滑油產源、清除、處理及再利用機構，以檢討廢潤滑油重新公告為應回收廢棄物之可行性。訪查5場次水肥處理設施，彙整各縣市水肥清理量能。於推動不用品再使用部分，完成建置全國電子化藏寶地圖，彙整各縣市不用品回收站及物品資訊，共累積1,474筆站點資料，並完成不用品再使用參考指引藉以提升不用品交換再使用成效等相關工作。

Improving General Waste Reduction and Disposal Management Project.

英文摘要 This project was carried out from April 1st, 2020 to December 15th, 2020.Complete collect for general waste management policies from European Union, Japan, South Korea and China. Propose suggestions for improving general waste cleaning and recycling policies. By visiting waste lubricant treatment and recycle facilities, evaluate articles announced for recycling for waste lubricant. Investigate night soil and waste cooking oil of discharging, sorting, collection, recovery, clearance and recycling. Meanwhile, for the promoting of used goods reuse, this project referred to international experience and management strategies to propose reuse promotion and build inquire website collecte 1,474 used hand store informations.
