To adapt to the impact of climate change, this project aims to collect opinions and suggestions from the industry, the public sector, the academia, NGOs and the public to actively promote the concept of going green and living a greener lifestyle. To reach the target, the project plans to hold a working meeting consisting of the host, group leaders, and deputy group leaders to two sessions of ‘Green Life Promotion Citizen Coffee Salon,’ respectively in Taipei and Kaohsiung. The results are listed as followed,
I. Completed the ‘Host, group leaders and deputy leaders working meeting’
1. The ‘Host, group leaders and deputy leaders working meeting’ was held on November 13th, 2020. The main work content includes: making sure the mechanism of the salon, discussing possibility development of the topics and collecting opinions of the host, group leaders and deputy leaders to improve process the activity.
II. Completed the Kaohsiung session of ‘Green Life Promotion Citizen Coffee Salon’
1. The Kaohsiung session of ‘Green Life Promotion Citizen Coffee Salon’ was held on November 23th, 2020. The total count of participants, with the host, group leaders, deputy leaders and all the workers excluded, was 86.
2. The main work content includes arranging the list of group leaders, contacting group leaders, creating the slides for the salon, summing up records from each group and providing necessary administrative support, such as arranging the event location, preparing for the snacks and etc.
III. Completed the Taipei session of ‘Green Life Promotion Citizen Coffee Salon’
1. The Taipei session of 'Green Life Promotion Citizen Coffee Salon' was held on November 30th, 2020. The total count of participants, with the host, group leaders, deputy leaders and all the workers excluded, was 101.
2. The main work content includes arranging the list of group leaders, contacting group leaders, creating the slides for the salon, summing up records from each group and providing necessary administrative support, such as arranging the event location, preparing for the snacks and etc.
