The project action items include the annual achievement reports of greenhouse gas control implementation project and low carbon community, and the contract completion date is from the date next the tender award to the end of December 03, 2020. During the contract date, we poste the project achievements on the Low-Carbon Sustainable Information System website; hosting one resource cycle operation and information consultation conference and two integration conference with related bureaus. Two training activities with a total of 68 village communities and 126 people participated；In addition, a total of 118 people from 69 village communities participated in a publicity and observation meeting on the same day; Each conference and activity were posted on the Low-Carbon Sustainable Information System.
Also, we purchased 300 gifts of propaganda for the participants attending the activities and conferences. In terms of village and community certification and evaluation, there are 58 community participation in this project, getting 8scoring points in certification(6Villages to achieve Bronze certification, 1 Villages to achieve Silver certification).
In addition, we invite 1 specialist to go to 10 communities, providing feasible measures and advice for the villages or communities; also assisting 10 communities to carry out green roof action project construction；We tracked the use and maintenance of 10 LED lighting fixtures installed in communities in 2018, most of which are still in good condition; Completed 11 sub-online inspections and coordinated with an expert and scholar to conduct on-site inspections within the time specified by the Environmental Protection Agency;
Finally, it has assisted Changhua County to complete the application and successfully obtained the Silver Level affirmation of the Environmental Protection Agency's Low-Carbon Sustainable Home Certification and Rating System.
