109-110年度綠色生活網絡經營管理暨行銷專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫於109年4月1日開始執行,工作內容為綠色生活資訊網相關系統功能新增維護,並製作綠生活影片行銷全民綠生活。系統部分,針對環保標章系統針對產品獲證後各類功能進行優化,並建置環保標章申請輔導專頁與驗證機構服務品質調查功能。政府綠色採購系統維運重點為新年度評核系統新增以及拓展相關申報面向的系統功能建置。民間綠色採購申報系統亦著重於年度評核報表確認,並建置民間單位申報平臺。亦完成機關與民間綠色採購之分析,提出後續推動策略建議。 綠色生活資訊網完成中翻英、英翻中、影音之訊息發布,以及電子報和電子型錄寄發。環保產品線上採購網則結合環保集點強化產品銷售,亦定期寄發電子報。 並配合20場次政府機關說明會派員授課,同時辦理8場次綠色採購說明會。受疫情影響,亦提供線上教學資源。粉絲專頁之貼文,綠色生活粉絲團每周發布貼文,而提供環保署粉絲團發布的貼文亦已發布20則。 綠生活相關影片製作與節目拍攝已完成,包含綠生活形象影片、綠色餐廳動畫影片與愛玩客綠色旅遊節目,相關行銷策略規劃執行皆已完成。 整體而言,本年度以系統面、網頁面、推廣面、行銷面與統計面等五大面向之工作推展,獲得良好的成效,提升民眾對於環保標章和全民綠生活的認知。

Project for the operation, management, and promotion of Greenliving Information Platform (2020–2021)

英文摘要 This project was implemented from April 1, 2020, to establish new functions and maintain the Green-Living websites. This project also produced videos to promote the National Green Life Movement. This project optimized various post-certified functions of the Green Mark certification system, such as creating a designated counseling application webpage and a service quality survey. This project improved the new annual assessment system and functions related to the reporting process in the Green Procurement E-Declaring System of the government. For the Green Procurement E-Declaring System of the private agencies, this project improved the submission confirmation of annual evaluation reports and established a reporting platform for private entities. The green procurement in the government and the private sector was analyzed to propose follow-up strategies. This project completed the Chinese and English versions of Greenliving Information Platform, established the new video notification system, and distributed e-newsletters and e-catalogs. The Green-Buy website and Green-Points were incorporated to facilitate product sales, and the e-newsletters were sent regularly. In addition, this project assigned lecturers for 20 introduction workshops on government agencies and organized eight green procurement workshops. This project provided online teaching resources in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. This project posted articles on the Greenliving fan group weekly and published 20 posts on the Environmental Protection Administration fan group. This project produced and filmed green life videos including a green life image video, an animated video of green restaurants, and a green travel program with iWalker. The planning and implementation of marketing strategies were completed. Overall, this project achieved positive results in the five aspects of information platform, website, promotion, marketing, and statistics to raise public awareness of the Green Mark and National Green Life Movement.
