The statistics of this project ends on November 20, 2020. The results of various tasks implemented during the project were explained in sequence. For the 20 tours of the dedicated mobile recycling truck organized in collaboration with schools, enterprises and village offices of non -Taole Recycling station, the total recycling volume was 8,572.8 kg, with paper being the most recycled material (48.2%) , followed by glass containers (26.3%). For the establishing of Taole Recycling stat ion, 3 new stat ions were added this year, reaching a total of 156 stat ions. Moreover, a total of 1,541 value-added refunds were conducted by 15,969 people, with an accumulated value -added refund amount of NT$4,712,007, and a total recycling volume of 2,751,747.5 kg, of which glass containers are the most recycled material ( 62.7) ,followed by paper (25.8%). As for the Taole Recycling Station cloud storage system database, the design of system promotional products, value-adding exchange management and promotional product distribution have been completed this year. The cloud system tests for 10 Taole Recycling stat ions have been completed, which can reduce the use of paper and simplify the operation procedures. To formulate the future implementation pol icy for Taole Recycling stations, analysis and review on the implementation effectiveness, recycling results, and hidden costs were conducted this year. It is found that there are 70 stat ions with a monthly average of less than 10 people (including 10 people) to carry out value-added refunds, which is due to poor promotion in the stat ion or the lack of effort of the stat ion heads to conduct promotion. In addition, the adjustment of exchange items and exchange standards will affect the recycling results. When the external recycling rate is low, the exchange volume of bulk materials (such as paper and glass containers) will increase. After
reviewing the explicit and hidden costs of Taole Recycling stat ions, it is estimated that the annual cost of Taole Recycling stat ions is approximately NT$ 12 million. A pol icy discussion meeting was conducted to assist in the formulation of future policies and plans for Taole Recycling stations.
As for Army of Recyclers work, the total subsidy approved by the Environmental Protection Administration was NT$8,627,234, and a total of 1,846 workers were hired this year. The total volume of recyclables collected was 1,019,588.77 kg, and the total subsidy provided was NT$ 7,529,351. Wi th regards to the Care Program services related business, the total subsidy approved was NT$ 7,022,832. This year, a total of 1,890 Care Program members conducted exchanges, and the total amount issued was NT$ 6,041,901. The above -mentioned tasks relating to the recruitment of recyclers work and the Care Program services have reached the recycling goals required by the Environmental Protect ion Administration.
