Development and Evaluation city and promotion of manuport of food forest for Taichung city in 2020.
| 英文摘要 | The execution period of the project is from February 17, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the current workload completion rate has reached 90.0%. The main objectives completed at this stage are as follows: (1) Collecting and researching the development strategies of low-carbon city. Besides, continuously making laws and regulations of low-carbon city; (2) Establishing examination management system of low-carbon city, revising reduction strategies and improvement measures; (3) Using big data analysis to explore the reasons of urban heat islands and the distribution of hot spots in Taichung City; (4) Conducting domestic and foreign low-carbon business and educational advocacy and promotion. (5) Promoting demonstration sites of renewable energy and urban farming with the concept of "Photoelectric City Food Forest". Relevant implementation results and completed works are as follows: Providing two reports of domestic and foreign low-carbon strategies, a financial loss assessment research on the risk assessment of climate reports, and a policy report of climate change and adaptation. Finishing two international organization reports, and conducting the evaluation of the action plan about climate change in Taichung City for four seasons. Organizing an assessment meeting of low-carbon business implementation result. Revising the second period of "Implementation Plan of Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emission in Taichung City". Integrating and promoting a solar photovoltaic project. Conducting fifteen low-carbon business related meetings and an expert consultation meeting. Establishing twenty temperature and humidity measurement stations in Taichung City. Using big data analysis to produce the visualized cooling map and low-carbon information of Taichung, and providing cooling strategies and suggestions. Organizing a cooling forum and developing an ESCO cooperative carbon reduction specification of Taichung city. Conducting six meetings of public-private partnership and international affairs contact and data preparation. Reporting the project of carbon disclosure and Global Covenant of Mayors. Producing a short film of the promotion of low-carbon policy. Visiting domestic sites related low-carbon development. Conducting two low-carbon lectures and promoting online platform for nine months. Organizing nine Social media marketing events and promoting two selection and promotion meetings of Photoelectric City Food Forest. Conducting a 20-hours workshop of climate change, mitigation, and adaptation. Building four demonstration sites of Photoelectric City Food Forest. Conducting a national low-carbon knowledge test and greenhouse gas inventory in Taichung. | ||
