109年度新竹市空氣污染陳情（含露天燃燒及紙錢減量）暨餐飲業稽查管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度設立陳情受理專線3線（支），且保持專線電話暢通，並指派專人即時接受及處理民眾陳情，109年度已協助執行空氣污染陳情案件稽查共計949件次（不含複查案件）。以污染類別而言，異味陳情、餐飲油煙案件分別為329、323件，最少則為露天燃燒案件有297件，並完成6點次異味官能測定，以有效釐清異味來源問題；針對較特殊之陳情案件，已完成75件的訪談作業，民調滿意度為90.7%。 另協助推動本市境內社區大樓及廟宇配合紙錢集中措施，累計集中處理量517.24噸，並首度提供e化的24小時線上預約「免費借用紙錢集中桶及鞭炮機」之服務，以宣導民眾將普渡紙錢交付集中焚燒。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | This year, 3 lines (branch) of petition acceptance hotline were established, and the dedicated telephone lines were kept open, and designated persons were assigned to immediately accept and handle petitions from the public. In 2020, we assisted in the implementation of air pollution petition case audits for a total of 949 cases (excluding re-examination cases). In terms of pollution categories, there were 329 and 323 cases of peculiar smell complaints and catering oil fume, and at least 297 open-air burning cases, and 6-point peculiar smell sensory tests were completed to effectively clarify the source of peculiar smell; for more specific complaints For the case, 75 interviews have been completed, and the poll satisfaction rate is 90.7%. In addition, it assisted in the promotion of community buildings and temples in the city to coordinate paper money concentration measures, with a total centralized processing volume of 517.24 tons.
