廢輪胎橡膠再生循環量產製程實廠技術開發

中文摘要 本計畫輔導廠商建立廢輪胎橡膠再生循環量產製程實廠技術,廢輪胎年去化量可達約5000噸。廢輪胎轉製再生橡膠之最適化量產製程參數,包括:解交聯螺桿組態設計(V-04組態)、溫度設定(170~220℃)、剪切速度(300 rpm)。另,所產出的廢輪胎再生橡膠進行循環應用摻配膠性能評估,再生橡膠循環應用於橡膠輸送帶可取代新料約30%。年度執行成果詳述如下: (1).輪胎再生膠實廠開發:完成1公噸再生橡膠生產,溶膠含量:18.6%~26.3%;解交鏈程度:71.7%~76.0%;門尼黏度(ML (1+4)100℃): 36.4~44.7。另,再生橡膠經交鏈後之物性檢測結果符合CNS 2230規範,密度(Mg/m3):1.15;抗拉強度: 10.4MPa;伸長率: 312%;抗拉強度保持率: 105%。完成10公噸再生橡膠生產, 溶膠含量:19.2%~30.2%;解交鏈程度:70%~77%;門尼黏度(ML (1+4)100℃): 38.8~48.9。另,再生橡膠經交鏈後之物性檢測結果符合CNS 2230規範,密度(Mg/m3):1.15;抗拉強度:10.9MPa;伸長率:320%;抗拉強度保持率:107%。輪胎橡膠解交鏈前後的含膠率、揮發物、填充劑量經TGA分析結果差異不大,說明雙螺桿解鏈放大製程不會改變橡膠原始的組成分或有副產物產生。 (2).完成再生橡膠循環應用於輸送帶覆蓋層(面膠)最適配方開發,編號CVC-30(摻混30%再生橡膠)面膠物性符合產品規格,再生橡膠含量:30%;比重g/cm3):1.178;抗張強度(kgf/cm2):151;伸長率(%):402.5;撕裂強度(kgf/cm2):41;硬度(shore A):60;老化後之強伸度保持率(%):79。完成再生橡膠循環應用於輸送帶中間層(層膠)最適配方開發,編號CVL-30層膠(摻混30%再生橡膠)物性符合下列規格,再生橡膠含量30%;比重(g/cm3):1.189;抗張強度(kgf/cm2):62;伸長率 (%):623.2;撕裂強度 (kgf/cm2): 26;硬度(shore A): 48。

Plant trial of devulcanization and cyclic application of waste tire rubber using a twin-screw extruder

英文摘要 The covalent cross-linking of tire rubbers is prerequisite for acquiring high elasticity and environmental resistance. However, the irreversibility of these chemical cross-links make the recycling of tire rubber products inherently difficult, which is a persistent obstacle encountered in thermosetting polymers. About 150 thousand tons of waste rubbers is scrapped each year in domestic, the bulk of which is incinerated for lowefficiency energy recovery and dumped as landfill, causing serious environmental pollution and resource wastage. The goal of this project is to develop a continuous process for production of reclaimed waste tire rubber using a co-rotating twin screw extruder and evaluate the possibility of recycling waste tire rubber. The project have already reached the following goal:(1). Completed the continuous devulcanization process stability of 1 metric ton waste tire rubber, the sol component content is about 18.6-26.3%;decrosslinking degree degree is about 71.7-76.0%;mooney viscosity ML (1+4)100°C is about 36.4-44.7, and the ash, carbon black and crosslink density of reclaimed waste tire rubber quality is evaluated with a ASTM standards. Completed the continuous devulcanization process stability of 10 metric ton waste tire rubber, the sol component content is about 19.2-30.2%;decrosslinking degree degree is about 70-77%;mooney viscosity ML (1+4)100°C is about 38.8-48.9, and the ash, carbon black and crosslink density of reclaimed waste tire rubber quality is evaluated with a ASTM standards. (2). Completed the physical properties of continuous devulcanization of the 1 metric ton reclaimed rubber re-cured, that the density (Mg/m3) is about 1.15, tensile strength is about 10.4 MPa, elongation at break is about 312%, and tensile strength retention is about 105% which attain tocomply with a CNS 2230 requirements. Completed the physical properties of continuous devulcanization of the 10 metric ton reclaimed rubber re-cured, that the density (Mg/m3) is about 1.15, tensile strength is about 10.9 MPa, elongation at break is about 320%, and tensile strength retention is about 107% which attain to comply with a CNS 2230 requirements. (3). Completed the continuous devulcanization of the reclaimed waste tyre rubber were formulated with virgin rubber (70/30 wt% ratio) and re-cured. The physical properties of cover layer (CVC-30) that the density (Mg/m3) is about 1.178, tensile strength is 151 kgf/cm2, elongation at break is about 402.5%, tear strength is 41 kgf/cm2, hardness (Shore A) is 60, and tensile strength retention is about 79% which attain to the project objective. The physical properties of middle layer (CVL-30) that the density (Mg/m3) is about 1.189, tensile strength is 62 kgf/cm2, elongation at break is about 623.2%, tear strength is 26 kgf/cm2, and hardness (Shore A) is 48 which attain to the project objective.
