109年屏東縣畜牧糞尿集中處理示範補助收集處理回收氨氮計畫(規劃設計)

中文摘要 本計畫主要目的為降低龍頸溪排水上游畜牧及生活污水所造成之水質污染,並配合屏東縣政府客家事務處龍頸溪水岸環境營造計畫,避免龍頸溪水岸環境因水質及臭味問題造成觀感不佳 本計畫平均日處理水量為10,000 CMD,設計進流水質BOD、SS及NH3-N分別為24 mg/L、59 mg/L及20 mg/L。水淨場整體處理效率BOD削減率約為83.25 %、SS削減率約為87.25 %、NH3-N削減率約為86.39 %。每日污泥產生量約156.2 CMD,經濃縮脫水後可有效減少至2.36 CMD。本計畫水質淨化場作為現地處理之自然生態工法,以水質淨化為主軸,削減河川污染物、提升人民生活品質、回復河川自淨能力、改善附近生態環境等不可量化之環境效益,難以貨幣化方式衡量,以生態教育、環境友善、資源循環及永續發展為規劃目標。

Pingtung County Livestock Manure Centralized Treatment Demonstration Subsidy Collection, Treatment and Recovery Ammonia Nitrogen Project (Planning and Design) in 2020

英文摘要 The main purpose of this project is to reduce the water pollution caused by livestock and citizen sewage in the upper reaches of Long-Jing Creek drainage, and cooperate with the Long-Jing Creek waterfront environment construction project of the Hakka Affairs Office of Pingtung County to avoid poor perception of the waterfront environment of Long-Jing Creek due to water quality and odor problems. This project sets up a water purification field has 10,000CMD average daily treatment, and the inlet water quality of BOD, SS and NH3-N are 24 mg/L, 59 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively. And treatment efficiency of the water purification field, BOD reduction rate is about 83.25%, the SS reduction rate is about 87.25%, and the NH3-N reduction rate is about 86.39%. As the natural ecological method of on-site treatment, this plan takes water quality purification as the main axis, reduces river pollutants, improves people's quality of life, restores river self-purification ability, improves nearby ecological environment and other environmental benefits, and takes ecological education, environmental friendliness, resource-based and sustainable development as the project’s goal.
