The New Taipei City Fugitive Granular Pollutants Control Plan has a 12-month implementation period. There are currently 3 people in total. The overall work is continuously promoted in accordance with the plan's goals and planning content. The summary of the implementation results is as follows.

(2) Investigation and analysis of bare ground images
Satellite telemetry technology is used to conduct surveys on bare areas. This project uses SPOT-6 satellite imagery products, covering 4 areas including Bali, Xizhi, Linkou and Shulin. After NDVI analysis and GIS related auxiliary maps, a total of 7 suspected bare areas were found in Bali, Xizhi, Linkou and Shulin.
(3) Establishment of a fixed source management system
The establishment of a fixed source management system has completed five functions including the train management system, the bare area management system, the inspection dispatch system, the self-management cloud control system, and the CCTV monitoring and intelligent management system.
