宜蘭縣-109年度宜蘭縣中度污染河川得子口溪水質監測計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫已於109年8月5日至6日以及10月8日執行得子口溪流域22個監測點位，共33點次河川水質監測作業，另外於8月12日至13日執行15家畜牧業者原水、放流水水質監測，共採樣30點次。本團隊彙整相關結果，於10月30日提送得子口溪流域水質負荷報告。 河川水質分析結果顯示得子口溪上游美慶山莊至中游十六結橋為未(稍)受污染，至七結橋處因李寶興排水、三民五中排廢水注入，污染程度達到中度污染，係受三民地區農業、住家、畜牧廢水影響所致；而七結橋至時潮橋間，受到二龍河地區農業、住家及畜牧業廢水注入影響，污染程度亦為中度污染。 畜牧業者水質監測結果則顯示各畜牧場之廢水處理設施對生化需氧量及懸浮固體濃度之削減有明顯成效。另外有10家業者放流水中氨氮測值較原水中測值高之情形，推測可能為廢水處理系統操作不佳，或禽畜糞中有機氮受到微生物分解轉化為氨氮所致。 另外，本計畫針對礁溪鄉三民村居民及畜牧業者辦理共3場次水污染宣導說明會，主要內容為推廣畜牧糞尿資源化利用，以及介紹三民地區未來水質淨化方案規劃，宣導人數總計共148人次。 | ||

Yilan County-Dezikou River water quality monitoring Project of 2019
| 英文摘要 | Collected 33 water samples of 22 spots in Dezikou River basin on Aug. 5th, Aug. 6th and Oct. 8th. Results showed that the upstream of Dezikou River (from Mei-ching Villa to Shih-liou-jieh Bridge) was non-(slightly)-polluted. The midstream (starts from Chih-jieh Bridge) was moderately-polluted due to the water flow from Li-bao-sing Drainage and San-ming No.5 Drainage, which brought the waste water from agriculture, domestic and animal husbandry in San-mong area. As for the section between Chih-jieh Bridge and Shih-chao Bridge, the water was also moderately-polluted due to the waste water from Er-long River. Collected 30 samples of raw water and effluent from 15 livestock farms on Aug. 12th and Aug. 13th. Results showed that the sewage treatment plants in the farms had significant effects in reducing BOD and SS. However, the concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen in effluent was higher than that in raw water for 10 livestock farms. This situation might resulted from the improper operation of the sewage treatment plants, or resulted from the decomposition of organic nitrogen in excrement into ammoniacal nitrogen. In order to promote the the policy of "implementing liquor and fiber digestate as fertilizer for farmlands," This Project has assisted Yilan EPB in holding three advocacy activities with 148 participants. | ||
