運輸業溫室氣體管制策略及自願減量推動計畫
| 中文摘要 | 我國2018年溫室氣體總排放量為296.546 MtCO2e，其中運輸部門排放量36.001MtCO2e，占全國總排放量12.1%，其中運輸部門排放以公路運輸為主。國際上已逐步推動能源需求端類別之減量，運輸業之能源需求管理與能效提升扮演重要的減碳角色，本計畫為協助推動運輸部門減量，掌握第一期階段運輸部門溫室氣體排放管制行動方案執行成果，提供下一階段運輸部門行動方案相關工作之建議。主要執行工作為掌握國內外運輸部門溫室氣體減量策略動態、評析我國運輸部門因應溫管法減量推動策略、推動運輸業溫室氣體管理機制，並輔導軌道運輸業者進行溫室氣體盤查、運輸業自願減量及申請微型抵換專案之示範輔導。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | Taiwan’s total greenhouse gas emissions in 2018 were 296.546 MtCO2e, of which the transportation sector’s emissions were 36.001 MtCO2e, accounting for 12.1% of the Taiwan’s total emissions, of which the transportation sector’s emissions were dominated by road transport. This project aims to assist the transportation sector to reduce GHG emissions, track the implementation results of the first phase of the transportation sector's greenhouse gas emission action plan, and provide suggestions for the next phase of the transportation sector's action plan. | ||
