108年臺中市空氣品質感測物聯網布建計畫-後續擴充

中文摘要 伴隨網路科技蓬勃發展,物聯網技術應用範圍遍布各大領域,本專案透過空品感測器結合物聯網應用,打造空污監測及即時應變之成效,創造智慧監測與科技執法治理空污之目的。臺中市設置350 臺空氣品質微型感測器測項主要包含PM2.5、溫濕度等(另擴增TVOC),同時設置20 臺風速風向計於工業區周遭感測器以及設置10 臺綠色能源設備於部分感測器上。為確保感測數據品質,藉由每季定期巡檢平行附掛比對進行控管,對於數據品質明顯不佳的感測器做現場簡易檢修或更換備機,以維持數據品質的標準。自109 年1 月7 日感測器正式啟用至今,上傳數據完整率皆達90%以上,達到資料有效上傳之目的。為使ㄧ般民眾、政府機關與企業、民間團體等可以更熟稔政府所推行空品感測器作為,目前已於109 年8 月14 日、27 日完成辦理2 場次空氣品質感測器認知宣導會,另透過感測器宣導影片製作,將臺中專屬感測器行動網頁即時查詢功能與空污警示危害等訊息告知民眾,讓民眾能更加熟悉專屬網頁查詢方式,便於民眾知悉空品狀況與健康防護方法。統計至109 年12 月31 日,已完成檢討報告書、期中報告審查、感測器移點作業、履約起90 日內完成感測器分群每月巡檢與執行期間之第一、二季巡檢、每月工作報告(已完成109 年5 月至109 年12 月)、完成2 場次空氣品質認知宣導會、宣導腳本及影片3 支、每月感測數據有效資料及數據品質完整率達90%以上(5 月98.44%、6 月98.93%、7 月97.72%、8 月95.64%、9月98.49%、10 月95.42%、11月97.17%、12 月95.20%)以及每月建立及分析數據資料應用與專屬空氣品質微型感測器網頁維護,累計總進度完成100%。
