109-110年度環保法規技師簽證查核案件品質提升專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要執行「協助機關辦理執業環工技師簽證案件現場查核相關庶務工作220場次」和「協助辦理講習會及宣導會相關庶務工作」等兩大工項。 在「協助機關辦理執業環工技師簽證案件現場查核」之工項，本團隊於109和110年各舉辦查核行前說明會1場次；並在後續辦理技師查核規劃，於提送查核庶務規劃報告電子檔中，協調各機關人員，撰寫查核場次規劃，以1天兩場為原則進行現場查核，並將案件查核分為書面查核和現場查核兩個階段，最後協助機關辦理點數缺失確認會議、報請工程會懲戒前審查會議及資料上傳雲端等事項，合計查核案件共220件。 在「協助辦理講習會及宣導會」之工項，操作講習會藉課程簡報方式向各地方環保局同仁，說明環境工程技師簽證線上提報制度，講解環工技師簽證案件在環保局線上系統之提報操作介面和操作方式；宣導會邀請四位專業講師個別針對水污染源、固定污染源和土壤及地下水等類別，對各簽證相關法令、查核方式內容、查核重點以及現場常見的缺失等做進行說明，並在最後綜合討論進行意見交流。以上工作項目均符合合約內容或相關要求。 | ||

2020-2011 Registered professional environmental regulation engineer certification cases review quality improvement inspection plan.
| 英文摘要 | This project is based on the requirement of The Quality Improvement of Environmental Engineering Certification Cases Review by Professional Engineers 2020-2021, Executive Yuan Environmental Protection Administration. There are two parts in this study: 1. assist the competent authority with 220 cases of environmental engineering certification cases review by professional engineers, and 2. assist with conventions and seminars. In the first part, the team would expect consistency in review standards to avoid perception gaps that could lead to questions about fairness. Therefore, the team held one pre-review briefing session each in 2020 and 2021. The team c○○rdinated each agency staff, wrote the review plan, and conducted review with the principle of two sessions a day in the electronic records of the review planning report. The case review divides into two stages: written review and on-site review, and finally assisting the competent authority in the confirmation meeting of missing points, the pre-correction review meeting of the Engineering Council, and the uploading of data to the cloud, etc. The total number of checking cases is 220. In the second part, the lecturer introduced the presentation to the local EPA assigned colleagues, explained the online reporting system for environmental engineering certification cases by professional engineers, and explained the interface and operation of the online reporting system during the operation convention. EPA invited four professional lecturers for the three categories of water pollution sources, stationary pollution sources, and soil and groundwater. The lecturers would teach the relevant laws and regulations, review methods, points of review, and common on-site deficiencies for each category. The convention ended with a comprehensive discussion and exchange of opinions between the lecturers and the students. | ||
