包裝業標籤添加二次料之應用研究

中文摘要 多年來台灣資源回收處理業面對的難題之一是飲料瓶的標籤無法回收再利用,以至於每公斤要以大約6元的費用委託清運及焚燒。不僅如此,全台灣每月將近800公噸的標籤回收料也占了處理廠很大的空間,而且未來焚燒費用也將會提高。因此,如何將標籤回收再利用,變成了非常重要的課題,同時也應讓包裝科技業善盡社會責任,落實循環經濟。 本研究發現標籤回收二次料造粒過程最高溫度為210℃,其中添加增韌助劑(聚烯烴類)3-8%、抗氧化助劑1%、晶核劑1-3%,可達到熔融指數(MI值)為2-3,含水率為0.3%以下,比重約為1.2-1.3,即可製成塑粒。同時也進行標籤二次料再利用的試驗,研究結果發現標籤二次料再利用的最大障礙在於雜質太高,以至於影響標籤品質,在現有機器性能未提高的情形下,二次料要再次做為標籤用途恐有困難。 但經本研究再深入分析後,發現廢標籤回收製作成的塑粒,可以在新舊料一定比例的情形下製作成塑膠袋及塑木產品,且經多次試驗結果,發現可以達到塑膠袋及塑木所要求的品質。未來將繼續深入研究,嘗試將廢標籤應於垃圾袋及塑木產品量產,希望能打開廢標籤再利用通路,以持續達到本研究的目的。

Application research on adding recycled materials to lables of packaging industry

英文摘要 One of the problems faced by the resource recycling industry in Taiwan over the years has been that the labels of beverage bottles cannot be recycled and reused, so that they have to be entrusted for removal and incineration at a cost of about NT$6 per kilogram. Not only that, nearly 800 metric tons of label recycled materials per month in Taiwan also occupy a lot of space in the processing plant, and the cost of incineration will also increase in the future. Therefore, how to recycle and reuse labels has become a very important issue. At the same time, the packaging technology industry should also fulfill its social responsibilities and implement a circular economy. This research has been able to successfully recycle the secondary label material into plastic granules at the technical level, and also conducted the test of the secondary label material reuse. The research results found that the largest secondary label material reuse the obstacle is that the impurities are too high, which affects the quality of the label. In the case where the performance of the existing machine is improved, it may be difficult to use the secondary material as a label again. However, after in-depth analysis of this research, it is found that the plastic pellets made from waste label recycling can be made into plastic bags and plastic wood products under a certain proportion of new and old materials.
