To maintain the accuracy and reliability of the analyzers at the motorcycle inspection stations, the Environmental Analysis Laboratory implemented the “The audit to emission analyzer of motorcycle emission testing stations.” The Plan implementation period was from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. 2,013 inspections contained 1,942 motorcycle inspection stations and 71 reinspections had been performed. The failure inspections were 70 and the failure rate was 3.6%. 1 motorcycle inspection station changed the emission analyzer after first reinspection failed. The second reinspection was passed. 46 precise measurement test, 15 flow check and 4 leak test were failed. 4 button failed to work and 1 screen was undentificable. All the failed audit items were passed in the reinspection. Contract requirements were completed by the expiration date.
