109年度中區水庫水質治理前瞻綜合管理計畫

中文摘要   本年度中區重點水庫有德基、霧社、日月潭、湖山、仁義潭、蘭潭及曾文,共七座水庫。本團隊完成採集德基水庫38點次、霧社水庫36點次、曾文水庫17點次及仁義潭水庫60點次,共151點次之水樣及相關水質分析。並彙整了七座重點水庫之總磷污染負荷量、污染熱區及擬定削減策略,最後依據上述彙整數據辦理一場次說明會。   此外,本計畫開發一艘能夠快速且大範圍掃描水庫表面,利用相對濃度找出非點源熱區之自動導航自走船,其具有自動監測及採樣之功能,使自走船於監測碰到異常狀況下能進行採樣。   本計畫進行民國99年至108年水庫優養化大據分析、彙整民國106年至108年水庫水質改善改善及營養程度升高案例、進行水庫水質參數與優養化之關聯因子分析,並提出臺灣優養化水庫水質改善策略與執行措施建議、108年度水庫水質研析報告及金門地區水庫水質改善策略報告。   本計畫辦理三場次工作會議、配合出席了八場次相關會議及提供相關意見並投稿國際研討會。

The Management Plan for Water Qulity Control of the Middle District Reservoirs in 2020

英文摘要   The key reservoirs in the middle area of Taiwan in this project include Techi Reservoir, Wushoh Reservoir, Sun Moon Lake Reservoir, Hushan Reservoir, Renyitan Reservoir, Lantan Reservoir and Tsengwen Reservoir. The team has sampled 38 points in Techi Reservoir, 36 points in Wushoh Reservoir, 17 points in Tsengwen Reservoir and 60 points in Renyitan Reservoir to accomplish 151 points of water samples totally and related water quality analysis. In addition, this project summarized the results of total phosphorus pollution loading of seven major reservoirs, hot spot analysis and proposed loading reduction strategies, and finally held a symposium to report the outcomes.   This project has developed an Automatic Water Quality Monitoring Boat that can quickly and widely scan the surface of reservoir and find out the hot spots of non-point source by the relative pollution concentration data. The automatic monitoring and sampling functions are designed in this technology, and sampling can be continued even in abnormal situations.   This project has conducted the big data analysis of the reservoir eutrophication from 2010 to 2019, collected cases of reservoir water quality improvement and nutrient level increase from 2017 to 2019, analyzed the correlation between reservoir water quality parameters and eutrophication, and proposed the strategies and implementation measures for water quality improvement of eutrophication in Taiwan reservoirs. Besides, this project also provided the National Reservoir Water Quality Research and Analysis Report in 2019 and the Reservoir Water Quality Improvement Strategy Report in the Kinmen Area.   This project has held the three working meetings, attended eight related meetings, provided relevant opinions and submitted articles to international seminars.
