以循證設計(Evidence-based Design)創新模組資源回收車之應用設計研究

中文摘要 本計畫以循證設計(evidence-based design)進行資源回收車的優化。藉由掌握現有問題,彙整民眾與清潔人員之意見,本計畫將提出分析資源回收車車廂內相關設備擺設之最佳化組合提案,提升資源回收物分類效能。同時根據調查結果精進清潔隊員安全設備,提出改善之解決方案。最後優化資源回收車外觀之主視覺設計,具備可主動向民眾宣導之設計提案,以提高民眾視覺觀感及瞭解環保政策之方向。 本階段達到預定研究進度,包括七個路線資源回收車之實態觀察、183份一般民眾問卷調查、177份清潔隊員問卷調查、六位民眾與六位清潔隊員的訪談、以及12個縣市提供清運狀況的照片。團隊以設計工作坊的方式,綜合前述研究結果為素材展開設計。最後逐步收斂設計條件進行設計的優化。 本計畫目標欲提升資源回收分類效率、減輕清潔人員分類負擔、降低跌落摔倒意外發生、提昇民眾遵守規範分類以及對資源分類的理解。從以上量化與質性調查結果,了解目前清潔隊員與一般民眾在回收過程中的問題點與痛點。另一方面,也明白各地區回收狀況的差異。本計畫模組設計目標,期能對不同地區的回收車款與清潔人員作業習慣,搭配出不同模組組合,達到最大化的效益。

Innovation module for recycling collection vehicle application design research by evidence-based design method

英文摘要 This project uses evidence-based design to optimize resource recovery vehicles. By grasping the existing problems and gathering the opinions of the public and the cleaning staff, this plan will propose an analysis of the optimal combination of the relevant equipment in the vehicle compartment of the resource recovery vehicle to improve the efficiency of the classification of resource recovery materials. At the same time, based on the results of the investigation, we will improve the safety equipment of the cleaning team and propose improved solutions. Finally, the main visual design for optimizing the appearance of the resource recovery vehicle has design proposals that can be actively promoted to the public to improve the public's visual perception and understand the direction of environmental protection policies. At this stage, the scheduled research progress has been reached, including the actual observation of seven route resource recovery vehicles, 183 general public questionnaires, 177 cleaning team questionnaires, six people and six cleaning team interviews, evaluation of the car exterior design, and In the form of a design workshop, the design is synthesized based on the aforementioned research results.
