This plan was implemented from March 6, 2020 to November 30, 2020. The main business includes assisting Environmental Protection Bureau, Yunlin County in handling general waste administrative report control, counseling 27 regulated recyclable waste collection and treatment businesses and 100 recycle and treatment business enterprises to improve the environment and fire safety inspection management. In order to strengthen the recycle and treatment business enterprises' awareness of laws and regulations and their ability to respond to fires, 2 legal briefing sessions, 4 fire safety lectures and 4 fire drills were held.
In order to strengthen the recycling efficiency of low-recycled materials and remote areas, 30 pesticide waste container recycling stations, and 1 resource recycling station at coastal recreation points were set up, and 60 enhanced waste paper containers and general paper separate collection and waste dry battery recycling promotion activities were held to improve the quality of waste that should be recycled.
This plan aims to assist the Environmental Protection Bureau, Yunlin County in 2020 to promote the enforcement agencies to strengthen the performance evaluation of resource recycling work, instruct the township and city cleaning teams to improve the classification of the collection and transportation of resource recycling vehicles along the line and the classification of storage sites, and also strengthen the management of team facilities and personnel and vehicle management. So far, it has reached the full score of 13 out of the 21 assessment items of the Resource Recycling Performance Assessment of the Environmental Protection Administration in 2020, grasped the implementation status of resource recycling in 20 towns and cities, performed the analysis of waste composition in 20 towns and cities, in which recyclables accounted for 19.13%, and provided improvement suggestions and strengthened garbage bag unpacking inspection, and the amount of resource recycling increased by 4.2% over the same period last year.
