109年度雲林縣柴油車排煙檢測暨空品維護區管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 爲降低縣內柴油車輛排放黑煙對空氣品質及民眾之影響，雲林縣環境保護局持續推動「109年度雲林縣柴油車排煙檢測暨空氣品質維護區管制計畫」，執行柴油車輛排煙檢測及油品管制工作，以維護本縣之空氣品質。「109年度雲林縣柴油車排煙檢測暨空氣品質維護區管制計畫」計畫期程為109年2月3日至109年12月31日。 期末報告執行期間自109年2月3日至12月31日止，已完成符合期末報告目標數量。 完成動力計柴油車黑煙檢測累計3,694輛次、目測高污染柴油車輛通知到檢累計206輛次、站外柴油車車輛排煙稽查篩選561輛次、累計205輛次柴油車車輛路攔或場站排煙檢測、車輛油品檢查累計執行2,291輛次、車輛油品、加油站及船舶等柴油硫含量送驗25件次。 在柴油車空品淨區管制及自主管理作業部份，完成六輕工業區柴油車排煙稽查篩選累計402輛次、六輕柴油車路邊攔檢煙度計檢測執行82輛次、停車怠速熄火宣導1,035輛次，完成動力計屋頂修繕作業、動力計備品購置、西螺果菜市場增設一套固定式車牌辨識系統、檢測服務22天次、攔查作業30場次及配合空品不良應變措施或稽查96天次。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | In order to reduce the impact of vehicle smoke emissions from diesel vehicles in the county on air quality and the public, the Yunlin County Environmental Protection Bureau continued to promote the ‘2020 Yunlin County Diesel Vehicle Dynamometer Smoke Emission and Air Quality Management Testing Plan’ to implement the diesel vehicle smoke detection and oil control work to maintain the county's air quality.
