The analytical sample average of Dioxin is 0.025 pg I-TEQ/m3 (standard deviation = 0.031, excluding PCBs) of the perimeter air and sediment this year. The average concentration of total toxicity equivalency is about 0.024 pg WHO2005-TEQ/m3 (including PCBs), which is converted with WHO2005-TEF. It is quite lower than the annual average, 0.6 pg WHO2005-TEQ/m3 of Japan's ambient air quality standard. PCBs account for about 4.4%-27.3% of the total toxicity equivalency.
