“Methods and Facilities Standards for the Storage, Clearance and Disposal of Industrial Waste” and “Standards for Defining Hazardous Industrial Waste” are the basic and important decree and regulation to the waste control. However, because of the considering of the evolution of times, the generation of new kind waste, the types and composition of waste became more complex, the waste treating technologies and the related facilities regulation should be adjusted. So the two laws were reviewed this year, and the draft amendment and related management recommendations are proposed. Key points are including:
1.To re-examine our country’s and from abroad relevant regulation of waste operations, propose the amendment to facilities standards, complete the draft amendment plan for the landfill and cooperate with the relevant decree for opinion consultation and communication.
2.To collect the foreign regulation of hazardous waste identification and collect our country’s current regulation, complete the item by item review of hazardous waste identification standards, propose the comprehensive managing policies for hazardous industrial waste, propose the suggestion for draft amendment for hazardous identification standards.
3.Aiming at the block of resource recycling and reused products, the new kind industrial waste, to summarize the foreign actually treating technologies and propose the feasibility assessment and the consideration about importing treating technologies subsequently.
4.To collect the practical cases and photos of waste operation, analyze the types of industry violation of facilities standards, compile the "Guidelines for the Storage, Clearance and Disposal of Industrial Waste" with diversified explanations and illustration to assist the industry to master the facility standards and regulations and reduce illegal violating behavior.
