全國公有垃圾掩埋場地下水文環境總體檢委託調查計畫(110~111年)
中文摘要 | 為促進公有垃圾掩埋場整體使用健全,防止污染地下水情事,本計畫進行全國公有掩埋場總體檢評估,包括300場公有掩埋場地下水監測井功能完整性調查及盤點,55口監測井洗井、井中攝影及微水試驗、座標高程量測等;抽檢調查25場位於自來水質水量保護區、位於飲用水水源水質保護區、已封閉10年內及輿論關切場址之周遭地下水文情況,以保障民眾用水安全,維護周遭水文環境。 在監測井外觀及功能性盤點方面,部份有水泥平台毀損或警示柱短缺問題,內部檢查方面以井底有異物、淤積為較常出現的情形。整體而言,目前各掩埋場監測井大多結構完整,仍可執行例行性地下水質作業。此外,針對25場地下水質豐枯水期調查結果,管制項目如重金屬,未顯示本次檢驗對象有滲漏而污染到地下水的現象。另針對近3年全國公有掩埋場地下水質監測結果進行彙整評析,各掩埋場僅一般水質項目偏高,且如周邊環境有相關農業、工業、養殖等人為活動,亦有相當之污染貢獻。重金屬項目皆以未檢出或微量檢出居多,若有少部分場址有檢出超監或超管現象,也皆屬偶發非持續檢出,推測可能為採樣時水中土壤膠體過多所致,屬地質因素影響,非掩埋場造成污染。 | ||

General inspection groundwater environment of landfill in taiwan
英文摘要 | In order to promote the soundness of the overall landfills and prevent groundwater contamination, this project conducts an overall inspection and evaluation of landfills, including 300 landfills’ groundwater monitoring wells functional integrity investigation and inventory.Cleaning, photography, slug test, coordinate and elevation measurement of 55 monitoring wells. Analysis groundwater quality of 25 landfills of Water Quality and Quantity Protection Area, Drinking Water Source Protection Area, closed for 10 years and public concern for ensure the safety of water for the public and maintain the surrounding hydrological environment. In terms of the appearance and functional inventory of monitoring wells, part of the exteriors have damaged cement platforms or shortage of warning columns, foreign matter and siltation at the bottom of the well are the most common occurrences of internal inspection. On the whole, most of the monitoring wells in the landfills are structurally complete, and routine groundwater quality operations can still be performed. In addition, according to the survey results of the 25 sites in the high and dry period of groundwater quality, the control items such as heavy metals were not shown in this inspection. In addition, based on the analysis of the groundwater quality monitoring results of public landfill sites in the past three years, only the general water quality items of each landfill site are relatively high, and if there are related agricultural, industrial, breeding and other human activities in the surrounding environment, there are also considerable pollution contributions. Most of the heavy metal items were not detected or detected in trace amounts. A small number of sites have detected phenomena that exceed monitoring standards or control standards, but none of them were detected continuously. It is speculated that it may be caused by too much soil colloid in the water during sampling, which is due to geological factors. | ||
