110年優質公廁及美質環境推動計畫(經常門)-臺南市
| 中文摘要 | 「環境保護」的觀念，在政府宣導及全民參與下，已從宣誓性 口號，逐漸落實於民眾生活中。在此既有成就下，行政院環境保護 署(以下簡稱環保署)更深入思考「維護地球資源整體性及永續性，確 保國民優質健康寧適生活品質」，逐步呈現無毒家園、國土美學、 臺灣永續環境、國際環保優良形象等具體面向，進而邁向「健康、 永續、顧臺灣」的國家願景，這些就是現階段國人及各級政府努力 的重點，並達追求高環境品質、寧適和諧生活需求之最終目標。 本計畫即為環保署的清淨家園全民運動計畫執行基礎下，所 提出的「110 年臺南市改善公廁暨提升優質公廁推動專案管理計 畫」，辦理業務有環保署 109 年下半年至 110 年度「改善公廁暨提 升優質公廁推動計畫」各項公廁改善工程之進度管控追蹤與訪視 查核、宣導活動、公廁巡檢、公廁認養、營造如廁禮儀示範公廁。 在辦理 109 年下半年至 110 年度「改善公廁暨提升優質公廁 推動計畫」各項公廁改善工程(10 案)之進度管控追蹤、訪視查核 方面，本計畫於計畫執行期間每週追蹤工程進度，並依規定與期 限填寫環保署工程進度查核表單，同時也已協助環保局辦理 1 場 次環保署輔導查核會議、5 場次工程現勘訪視查核；在其他公廁 業務方面，巡檢 41 座歷年獲環保署補助完成改善之列管公廁，並 成功推動 2 個民間團體認養本市公廁；宣導方面則辦理 5 場次公 廁管理(優質如廁推廣活動)、3 場其他環保相關業務宣導(狗便、 菸蒂)、清掃學習教學 2 場次；於裕聖里活動中心營造 1 處「如廁禮 儀示範公廁」，期盼透過各個工作項目之推動、執行與實質之公廁 改善，藉以提升本市優質如廁環境、創造舒適的國人生活品質與空 間，讓每座公廁都能達到「不濕、不髒、不臭」。 | ||

2021 Tainan City Project Management Plan for Improving Public Toilets and Promoting High-Quality Public Toilets
| 英文摘要 | The “environmental protection” concept has been gradually carried out in people’s life from a declarative slogan. With such achievement, the Environmental Protection Agency, Executive Yuan (hereinafter the EPA) further considers “maintain the integrality and sustainability of earth resources, ensure quality, healthy and comfortable life quality for people” to gradually present toxic free homeland, homeland aesthetics, sustainable environment in Taiwan, good international environmental image such physical dimensions and heading to national visions “health, sustainability, Taiwan care”. These are key works of nationals and government in current phase to achieve the utmost goals of high environmental quality, comfortable and harmonious life. The program is the “2021 Tainan Public Toilet Quality Improvement Project” based on the National Clean Home Program. The items include the progress control and audit of various public toilet constructions, propaganda, public toilet patrol, public toilet adoption, create example toilet under “Public Toilet Improvement and Quality Toilet Promotion Program” of EPA from second half 2020 to 2021. In term of e progress control and audit of various public toilet constructions (10 projects) under “Public Toilet Improvement and Quality Toilet Promotion Program”, we conducted the construction progress follow up every week and fill the EPA construction progress audit form pursuant to regulations and deadline. Meanwhile, we assisted Environmental Bureau to organize one EPA guidance audit meeting, 5 subcontract on field audit. As to other public toilet businesses, we patrolled 41 controlled public toilets receiving subsidy of EPA in history for improvement and successfully promote 2 private groups to adopt public toilets in the city. For propaganda, we have organized 5 public toilet management (quality toilet promotion activities), 3 other environmental related propaganda (dog feces, cigarette butts), 2 cleaning learning; built example toilet. It is expected to enhance quality toilet environment, create comfortable life quality and space for nationals through promotion, implementation and physical public toilet improvement, allowing all public toilets achieve the goal of “dry, clean and odor free”. | ||
