110-111年資源回收管理平臺暨資訊系統調整與維運專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫擔任資源回收管理資訊系統（RRMS）維運與升級的角色。本年度工作重點為：採用.NET Core框架改寫RRMS系統功能、維運現有資源回收管理系統與各子系統服務、維運影像監控系統與計量即時連線傳輸系統服務、辦理資料開放相關作業與資源回收網相關維運服務、強化網站服務功能與網路資訊安全防護管理、辦理資訊技術趨勢發展講座並提供系統教育訓練服務以及配合各項業務需求提供額外服務等。總計工作項目共58項，皆已確實完成。 系統改寫部分以.NET Core框架完成「後台管理子系統」、「回收處理機構管理子系統」、「受補貼機構管理子系統」以及「廢四機入口網」之改版與上線，並依照業務需求擴增調整稽核認證作業相關功能以及營業量管理子系統。 執行期間，本計畫除持續提供RRMS、CCTV、計量即時連線傳輸系統、資源回收網等各系統維運與客服服務外，更完成568件臨時資訊需求，更配合資源回收相關業務需求提供額外服務，包括：建置立院關切事項模擬題功能、全面升級並協助維運「全國不用品藏寶地圖」網站等。 本計畫依合約完成各項資訊作業皆配合環保署資安政策，落實資安防護措施，並提供各式服務，提升整體資源回收體系資訊化之能力，確保各項業務順利推行，並提供良好的未來發展性。 | ||

2021–2022 Project on Adjustment and Maintenance of the Resources Recycling Management Information System
| 英文摘要 | This project was responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of the Resource Recycling Management Information System (RRMS). The primary tasks this year included: adopting the .NET Core framework to revamp RRMS functions; maintaining current RRMS and subsystems; maintaining the video monitoring system and the real-time metering equipment online system; performing open-data related operations and maintaining RRMS services; enhancing website service functions and the Internet and information security management; organizing seminars on information technology trends and system training services; providing additional services to meet various demands. A total of 58 tasks were completed. Regarding the system revamp, this project used the .NET Core framework to revamp the system and launched the backend management subsystem, recycling and disposal enterprise management subsystem, subsidized enterprise management subsystem, and waste home appliance recycling portal. This project also expanded and adjusted the audit and certification functions and the operating volume management subsystem based on various requirements. During the implementation period, in addition to continuing to provide maintenance and customer services for the RRMS, CCTV, the metering equipment real-time online system, and the resource recycling website, this project team completed 568 temporary information requests. This project team also provided additional services to meet the requirements of resource-recycling-related tasks, including establishing the function to simulate questions of the Legislative Yuan and fully upgrading and assisting in the maintenance of the National Unneeded Item Treasure Map website. This project has completed all the tasks of information operation in the contract according to the information security policies of the Environmental Protection Administration, implementing information security measures. Various services were provided to improve the overall information capability of the resource recycling system, ensuring the smooth implementation of each task and providing favorable future development. | ||
