The implementation period of this project is from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011. The content of the project is to audit subsidized recyclers in Keelung, Yilan, Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung and Nantou city. The audit of recycling and dismantling plants includes recycling and processing of waste motor vehicles, and at the same time, audits of recyclers' operating procedures and environmental and industrial safety audits.
The waste vehicle audit certifiers have completed the pre-job training for planners before performing audit certification. According to statistics, from 2021 to 2022, a total of 4 employee on-the-job education and training sessions have been conducted, and the annual assessment of auditors has excellent results.
The certified recycling volume of waste vehicle audit certification will be 89,771 waste cars and 290,650 waste motorcycles in 2021,and 70,225 waste cars and 233,210 waste motorcycles in 2022.The weight of the car shells transported to the crushing plant will be 49,423,493kg in 2021, and 38,122,490 kilograms in 2011, 74,970kg of impurities will be deducted, and 64 vehicles will be fined.
We have also completed 2,374 inspection operations, investigated 24 possibly illegal recycling and dismantling factories, inspected 6 new factories, abolished and inspected 4 recycling factories, and provided audit certification manuals to recycler factories.
We tried to apply the "Smart Audit and Certification Platform" to the audit and certification business. Auditors use mobile devices to record on-site inspections, and the control center digitally uploads audit results in real time to grasp the status quo of the industry in real time and effectively guide auditors to carry out audit work.
