智能化、自動化(無人)駕駛環境清運及清潔車輛管理專業服務委託計畫

中文摘要 環境清潔及清運車輛肩負維護環境整潔與市容的重大責任,為逐步實踐智慧清運願景,推動智能化、自動化無人駕駛技術於環境清運及清潔車輛應用,以提升環境清運安全與效率管理。   本案於垃圾清運車輛設置行動車聯網與駕駛安全輔助設備,包含智慧車機、8路DVR攝影主機(Digital Video Recorder)、OBDII行車診斷器(On-Board Diagnostic II)、ADAS整合式行車安全輔助系統(Advanced Driver Assistant Systems)、BSIS內輪差盲區主動警示系統(Blind Spot Information System)、DMS駕駛行為偵測系統(Driver Monitoring System)等。透過多項智慧車聯網設備裝置,管理者可於遠端監控平臺即時追蹤車輛軌跡、監控行車影像、異常駕駛行為告警等,並可透過智能化管控垃圾清運車資訊,包含里程、引擎轉速、溫度、速度、瞬時油耗、平均油耗、電池資訊等。透過即時追蹤與後續數據分析,可精準掌控車輛狀態,進行智慧化車輛管理。   此外,本案為國內首度應用自動駕駛技術於環境清潔車輛,已成功透過多種國內常見交通情境驗證其自動駕駛能力,完成無人自動駕駛清掃服務驗證PoS(Proof of Service, PoS),包括有號誌T字路口、無號誌路口、彎道、防撞、直行、行人慢車突入等。透過環境清潔車輛的自動化無人駕駛技術,可紓緩當前環保清潔人力吃緊,並提升環境清潔工作安全等。

Project management planning of artificial intelligence, self driving environmental cleaning and transportation vehicle

英文摘要 Environmental cleaning vehicles shoulder the major responsibility of maintaining environmental cleanliness and city appearance. To gradually practice the vision of smart environmental cleaning, promote the application of intelligent and autonomous technology in environmental cleaning vehicles for improving the safety and efficiency is needed. This project installed equipment of Vehicular-Networking and Advanced Driver Assistant Systems (ADAS) on environmental cleaning vehicle, including On-Board Unit (OBU), 8-channel Digital Video Recorder (DVR), On-Board Diagnostic II (OBDII), Advanced Driver Assistant Systems (ADAS), Blind Spot Information System (BSIS), Driver Monitoring System (DMS), etc. Based on vehicular equipment, managers can track vehicle trajectories, monitor driving video streaming, and be alerted with the real time abnormal driving behaviors on the Fleet Monitoring System, and the vehicle information will also be uploaded real-time, including mileage, engine speed, temperature, speed, instantaneous fuel consumption, average fuel consumption, battery information, etc. With the real-time tracking and the following data analysis, the vehicles can be accurately monitored with smart fleet management. In addition, this project is the first application of autonomous driving technology in environmentally cleaning vehicles in Taiwan. It has successfully verified its autonomous driving capabilities in a variety of scenarios, and completed the Proof of Service, including T-junctions with signs, intersections with no signs, corners, collision avoidance, straight driving, sudden break in with slowly pedestrians. With the autonomous environmentally cleaning vehicles, the shortage of human resource could be relieved and the safety of environmental cleaning could be improved.
