East (including Gonghe) Market in Chiayi City is the main traditional market in the city, and people have long developed the habit of riding scooters for groceries. Especially in the case of intensive and slow driving, vendors who use roads to set up stalls will be the first to be affected by exhaust gas and consumers will be forced to inhale exhaust gas without knowing it.
