110年度臺中市環境教育推廣/人才養成暨環境影響評估業務管理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 臺中市政府環保局辦理「110年臺中市環境教育推廣/人才養成暨環境影響評估業務管理計畫」，由本計畫舉辦環境教育人員認證申請及展延作業說明會1場次，協助運用環境教育志工進行環境教育宣導、綠色消費等政策宣導推廣300人次以上；透過辦理非固定式聲音照相科技執法24場次，製作公害防治環境教育教案及宣導影片1式，辦理環境教育志工增能培訓線上課程1場次，以精進環境教育志工知能；協助環保局環境教育宣導網及環境影響評估網頁維護1式；辦理環境教育網路社群平台推廣宣傳環保局政策，且製作懶人包2組、拍攝影片3部、辦理網路宣傳活動2場等，以突顯臺中市對於環境教育之期許，落實環境教育、推廣節能減碳等環境永續議題，維護環境生態平衡，達到環境教育目標「永續發展」。 環境影響評估業務管理作業執行內容，包括協助開發行為應否實施環境影響評估檢核文件輔導作業150件次；即時更新上傳及定期檢核環評網資料正確性550件次；協助環評書件內容之確認10件次；更新及印製最新環評法令50本供環保局參考；辦理環境影響評估法令宣導說明會1式使開發單位了解相關法令資訊，並提供詢問管道；協助環境影響評估列管場所監督查核工作50場次並將稽查結果登入環保稽查處分管制系統；進行環評查核空拍作業14件次；協助環保局人員進行空拍機受訓課程1式；協助環評案件監測報告審查130件次、環評書件程序審查13件次；協助辦理環評相關審查會議40場次及現勘作業8場次進行；維護管理環保局環評網站1式；建置內部環評資料庫1式；協助辦理行政環保署考核資料彙整，本年度考核項目皆已完成，自評成績為100分，後續仍將持續執行相關重點工作，以完善各項考評作業。 藉由本計畫之執行，讓環境教育人員提升本身對環境保護的知識與技能，進而影響與提升臺中市市民環境教育素質，並可關懷努力辛苦付出的環保志工，達到環境教育意涵及低碳永續發展之目標。 | ||
