建構一般廢棄物多元化處理及整體策略規劃之評估專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 行政院環境保護署為擘劃新時代「多元化垃圾處理計畫2.0」及推動各縣市建構廢棄物處理循環整體園區，爰於109年度提出「建構一般廢棄物多元化處理及整體策略規劃之評估專案工作計畫」(以下簡稱本計畫)，以期掌握國內一般廢棄物處理與再利用設施現況及未來計畫，借鏡國外經驗，提出改善建議及未來策略，據以加速推動環保設施興設及建置一般廢棄物處理整體園區。 本計畫主要成果為：(一)完成調查國內一般廢棄物產量、流向及處理設施等資訊，提出處理設施供需分析、（二）盤點一般廢棄物整體園區推動設置執行現況，研提整體園區精進做法、（三）彙整「多元化垃圾處理計畫-第一期」成效，及廣納縣市意見及環保署政策需求後，研擬重大公共建設計畫2.0（草案）。 | ||

Project of accessing the construction of diversified treatment and overall strategy for the municipal solid waste
| 英文摘要 | In order to promote the "Diversified Waste Management Plan 2.0" in the new era and the construction of circular parks for the local governments, the Environmental Protection Administration put forward the "Project of accessing the construction of diversified treatment and overall strategy for the municipal solid waste" (This project) which was so as to control the current status and future plans of municipal solid waste treatment and reuse facilities, and drew on foreign experience to propose improvement suggestions and future strategies. In addition, this project also accelerated the establishment of environmental protection facilities and the construction of a municipal solid waste treatment parks. The main achievements of this project were: (1) Complete the survey of the production, distribution and treatment facilities, etc. from the municipal solid waste and propose a demand and supply analysis for the treatment facilities; (2) Review the current status of the promotion and implementation for the circular parks, and improve the park's advanced practices, (3) After compiling the results of the " Diversified Waste Management Plan - Phase 1", taking into account the opinions of local governments and the policy needs of the Environmental Protection Administration, a Major Infrastructure Plan 2.0 (draft) was developed. | ||
