110年度臺中市陳情音量監測及管制計畫

中文摘要 本計 畫自 110 年 1 月執 行 以來 各 項工 作 已 完 成包 括 機動 車輛 噪 音 管 制 、交通 噪 音 陳 情 案 件 監 測 (軌 道 及道路 )、 非 游 離 輻 射 監 測 (基 地 台 及變 電 設施 )、公 私 場所 周 界噪 音 查 核 、機 場 噪音 管 制 中 心及 監 測 站 查 核及 儀 器檢 定 與校 正等 作 業 。 本 計畫 自 110 年 1 月 1 日 執行 至 110 年 12 月 15 日 截 止，已 依規 劃 期程 完 成工 作進 度。本計畫簽約金 額 為新 臺 幣 390 萬 元 6000 元 整，並依 契 約規 定 安排 計 畫主 持 人、計畫 經 理、工 程師 及 駐局 專 責人 員 等 人 力需 求 。 主要 執 行成 果 為機 動車 輛 噪音 通 知到 檢執 行 場次 為 43 場 次，機動 車輛 噪 音陳 情 熱點 分析 及 監測 執 行 29 場次。交 通 噪音 陳 情案 件 監 測 之 快速 道 路、 高 速公 路、 一 般道 路 執 行 10 點 次 ，軌 道 部分 執 行 2 點 次。 非游 離 輻射 監 測 完 成 40 處 非 游離 輻 射 量之 測 定。公私 場 所周 界 噪音 查 核執 行 4 點 次 。於 110 第二 季 及第 三 季完 成 辦理 新 社機 場及 清 泉崗 機 場之 噪 音管 制 中心 及監測 站查 核 。儀 器皆 在 期程 內 完成 檢定 與 校正 。

Taichung City: Noise Pollution Inspection on Public sentiment and Control Plan for 2021

英文摘要 This project has been executed since Jan.,2021, including motor 2 vehicle noise control, traffic noise pollution inspection o n public sentiment (for railroad and highway), non-ionizing radiation (base station and electric facilities), environmental noise check, airport noise control center ＆ monitoring station check, and instrument verification and calibration, etc. The plan was implemented from Jan. 1st, to Dec. 15th, 2021, and completed all work processes in accordance with the planning schedule. The contract was signed as amount of NT$ 3.90 million and 6 thousand. The manpower is arranged according to the contract requirement, as of project director, project manager, engineers and on-site representative. Key accomplishments are including, a total of 43 prenotice-to-check sessions. A total of 29 noise analysis and monitoring on civic complaint hotspots.Sorts of traffic noise monitoring cases were executed, including, total of 10 monitoring cases on express highway, highway, and roads; total of 2 executed on railways. A total of 40 measurements on non-ionizing radiation tests. A total of 4 environmental noise inspections was performed.Checks on noise control center and monitoring station of Xinshe Airport and Ching-Chuan-Kang Air Force Base were completed in the 2nd quarter and 3rd quarter, 2021. All performing instruments are verified and calibrated within the project period.
