110年推廣產品環境友善化設計及環境教育專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫執行期間自民國110年3月11日起至110年12月15日止,主要目標為推廣產業之產品環境友善化設計理念、校園及民眾環境教育宣傳工作,以促進資源循環政策落實度。主要執行成果為:(一) 促進產品生命週期鏈相關人員對話與溝通,與紡織產業綜合研究所及塑膠工業技術發展中心共同合作執行「天然填充材料回收再利用產品開發」及「塑膠包裝緩衝材回收循環」等2項專案,另將循環經濟及產品綠色設計理念導入2所大專學期課程,以培養具有綠色設計實作力之專業人才;(二)持續辦理本年度「資源循環績優企業遴選」,針對46家資源循環績優及創新之參選廠商,遴選出28家產業典範,並促進產業觀摩交流與合作;(三)針對國中小推廣源頭減量、資源循環及循環經濟理念,結合12年國教核心素養設計2式教材,提供教師將循環經濟概念融入課程,引導國中小學童瞭解生活中如何落實,完成培訓338位種子教師,宣導觸及1,835位學生;(四)以文化美學、產業實力、創新模式、教育模式作結合超過70家廠商辦理新創展,以「居家生活」、「海洋」、「農業」為主題進行綜合式產品呈現,並透過現場手作體驗方式讓民眾實際參與,瞭解循環經濟的應用就在日常當中,展覽參與人數達3,400人以上。

Project to Promote with Environmentally Friendly Product Design and Environmental Education Work Plan in 2021

英文摘要 This Plan is being implemented over the period from March 11, 2021 to December 15, 2021. The main objectives of the Plan are to promote environmentally-friendly industrial product design and environmental education and awareness work in schools and among the public, in order to promote the realization of recycling policies. The main results achieved are as follows: (1) Promoted communication and dialogue among personnel connected with product life cycle chains, jointly implemented the "Natural Filler Material Recycling and Reuse Product Development" and "Plastic Packaging Cushioning Material Recycling and Circular Use" projects with the Taiwan Textile Research Institute and Plastics Industry Development Center, and incorporated circular economy and green product design concepts in two university semester curricula, which will help train professionals with green design skills; (2) In order to promote mutual learning and collaboration within industry, selected 28 exemplary firms from among 46 participating firms with outstanding recycling performance and innovative activities under the " Selection of Enterprises with Excellent Performance in Resources Circulation"; (3) In order to promote source minimization, resources circulation, and the circular economy concept at the elementary school and junior high school level, designed two instructional materials in conjunction with the core competencies of the 12-year National Basic Education curriculum; this will enable teachers to incorporate the circular economy concept in the curriculum, and help elementary school and junior high school students understand how to realize this concept in their daily lives; completed training of 338 seed instructors and provided awareness reaching 1,835 students; (4) Took advantage of cultural aesthetics, industry capabilities, innovative models, and educational models to hold an entrepreneurship exhibition involving over 70 firms; this exhibition contained extensive product displays in connection with the three themes of "home life," "ocean," and "agriculture." On-site hands-on activities let visitors actually participate, and gave them an understanding of the applications of the circular economy in everyday life; the exhibition attracted over 3,400 participants.
