110年度嘉義縣低碳永續家園建構推動暨祭祀減量計畫
| 中文摘要 | 為呼應全球資源永續利用及節能減碳趨勢，我國提出建構「低碳家園」期程，規劃具體且可執行之六大行動項目，透過社區(村、里)、城市(鄉、鎮、市、區)及地方政府(直轄市、縣市政府)逐層往上累積的之成果，形成由下而上推動、自上往下輔導的推展模式。冀以「低碳社區」建構為基礎，結合民間資源及力量，逐步發展「低碳城市」及「低碳生活圈」；另為有效改善空氣品質，亦輔導寺廟紙錢減量及宣導紙錢集中燒之政策，減少民眾於祭拜時燃燒香支、紙錢所造成空氣污染之問題，並推動寺廟空氣品質淨(維護)區及寺廟裝設IAQ採樣分析模組，促使各方參與低碳計畫推動，以有效改善轄區空氣及生活品質。 | ||

Sustainable community with low-carbon strategy and religions pollution reduces program of Chiayi County,2021
| 英文摘要 | Climate change is one of the most important issue of the world, it also causes many problems, such as extreme weather, extinction of animals, natural resource exhaustion, and so on. Responding to sustainable development, Taiwan government facilitate the low-carbon community policy and suggest 6 actions to reducing emissions of and stabilizing the levels of heat-trapping greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. In addition to community, the government also promote temples and columbarium not to offers incense sticks and joss paper to congregations. By participation of everyone, to saving our plant and improving ambient air quality efficiently. | ||
