110年度新竹市空氣污染陳情(含露天燃燒及紙錢減量)暨餐飲業稽查管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度設立陳情受理專線3線（支），且保持專線電話暢通，並指派專人即時接受及處理民眾陳情，110年度已協助執行空氣污染陳情案件稽查共計1077件次（不含複查案件）。以污染類別而言，露天燃燒、餐飲油煙及異味陳情案件分別為241、416、420件，並依據實際陳情案件之需求，完成6點次異味官能測定作業，以有效釐清異味來源問題；針對較特殊之陳情案件，已完成75件的訪談作業，民調滿意度為96.0%。 另協助推動本市境內社區大樓及廟宇配合紙錢集中措施，累計集中處理量524.9噸，並首度提供e化的24小時線上預約「免費借用紙錢集中桶及鞭炮機」之服務，以宣導民眾將普渡紙錢交付集中焚燒。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | In the past year, 3 lines (branches) of the special line for accepting complaints were set up, and the special line telephone was kept open, and special personnel were assigned to accept and handle people's complaints in real time, and in 110 years, a total of 1,077 audits (excluding re-examination cases) of air pollution complaints were assisted. In terms of pollution category, there were 241, 416 and 420 cases of open burning, catering fumes and odor complaints respectively, and according to the needs of actual complaint cases, 6 points of odor function determination were completed to effectively clarify the source of odors. For more special cases, 75 interviews have been completed, with a poll satisfaction rate of 96.0%. In addition, it assisted in promoting residential buildings and temples in the city to cooperate with the paper money concentration measures, with a cumulative centralized processing capacity of 524.9 tons, and for the first time provided e-based 24-hour online appointment free borrowing of paper money centralized barrels and firecracker machines, in order to encourage the public to deliver Pudu paper money to centralized incineration. | ||
