110年度地方環保設施整合改善及作業環境品質優化評比計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫為掌握地方環保執行機關所附屬之環保設施及周邊環境實際現況，推動地方主管機關重視垃圾處理量能的提升，同時加強設施及其附屬之設備、機具管理維護的工作藉以提升清潔隊員工作環境品質，改變民眾對於環保設施髒、亂等鄰避設施的既有印象，透過評鑑方式，重新檢討及盤點、整合地方環保設施既有的現況資訊，從中找出具體可行的改善升級方案，舒緩地方廢棄物處理的負荷。 本年度共針對全國22縣市，擇定共40個清潔隊環保設施進行作業環境與各項管理成果的評鑑作業，從中選出優異的場所，共有20個鄉鎮市區代表獲得表揚，作為未來地方執行機關優化作業場域參考的指標及依據。 此外，本計畫依據現行常見的環保設施場域需求提出環保設施補助計畫之範例，以作為未來地方執行機關申請中央補助計畫參考之依據，同時縮短未來專案計畫申請作業的審核時間。 根據清潔隊環保設施管理系統顯示全國共計有369個清潔隊，70%以上之清潔隊員辦公場域與各類型環保設施(備)相鄰，為有效掌握環保設施及清潔隊員作業場域現況，有效進行設施管理及維護營運作業，故以無人飛行載具(UAV)至環保署指定之清潔隊(含所屬環保設施)進行15場次場區攝影作業，並彙整相關參數，作為未來場域數位管理之參據。 | ||

Evaluation plan for the integration and improvement of local environmental protection facilities and the optimization of operating environment quality in 110 years
