運輸及資源循環溫室氣體減量措施可行性評估與示範推廣計畫
| 中文摘要 | 截至2022年6月，已有129個國家宣示以淨零排放為願景目標。直接能源使用之排放源，已為首要之減量目標，各級政府皆積極投入資源，為淨零願景注入技術量能。本計畫除延續106~109年間辦理運輸部門溫室氣體減量策略規劃、運輸業者溫室氣體盤查、自主減量等能力建構外，亦進一步掌握國際間燃料管制以及經濟工具誘因，規劃我國車隊導入生質燃料應用推廣模式，以及企業取得排放量增量抵換之運作機制。主要執行工作為掌握國際運輸溫室氣體減量策略及資源循環溫室氣體減量發展趨勢、評析我國運輸部門減碳量能、研析國內推動之可行性、進行運輸業與資源循環之溫室氣體減量示範推廣及規劃企業取得排放量增量抵換之運作機制。 | ||

Feasibility Assessment of Greenhouse Gas Reduction Measures and Demonstration Promotion Plan for Transportation and Source Recycling Sector
| 英文摘要 | As of June 2022, 129 countries have declared net-zero emissions as their vision. The emission source of direct energy use has become the primary reduction target, and governments are actively investing resources to inject technical energy into the net zero vision. This project not only continues to handle the strategic planning of greenhouse gas reduction in the transportation sector, the inventory of greenhouse gas in the transportation industry, and the capacity building of independent reduction in the period of 106-109, but also further grasps the incentives of international fuel control and economic tools, plans the promotion mode of introducing biofuels into our fleet, and the operation mechanism for enterprises to obtain the incremental offset of emissions. | ||
