110年空氣品質維護及改善工作績優獎勵補助計畫(屏東縣)
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫藉由屏東縣政府金屏安紙錢環保金爐的啟用，並配合環保局露天燃燒計畫進行紙錢集中收運共20.21公噸，紙錢以專爐專燒可兼顧傳統信仰及環保理念，提供民眾更為妥善且環保的紙錢去化管道，減少祭祀紙錢的露天焚燒，以維護屏東縣之空氣品質。 另配合環保局稽查人員進行稽查及採樣作業，購置稽查人員工作服裝(外套)17件，購置服裝材質符合CNS國際標準規範並提供相關證明文件，經環保局認可後辦理驗收。 為完善本縣金屏安紙錢環保金爐，使爐體及防制設備能更有一體感，本計畫透過外部彩繪方式，以傳統民俗信仰意象青龍、麒麟等圖形呈現，來改善防制設備端給人的冰冷金屬觀感，同時也極配合環保局相關計畫進行3場次紙錢減量宣導及集中焚燒政策推廣，藉以提升民眾配合意願。 為了激勵環保局團隊士氣及人員量能提升，於110年10月22、23日辦理一場次空氣品質維護及改善業務觀摩檢討會，邀請環保署長官、空污委員等專家學者共同參與，並提供專業經驗及建議，以提升本縣空氣污染防制之工作成效，達到教學相長之目的。 | ||

110 Annual Pingtung County Air Quality Maintenance and Improvement Performance Award Subsidy Program
| 英文摘要 | This plan is based on the opening of the joss paper environmental protection gold furnace in Jinping'an, Pingtung County Government, and cooperates with the Environmental Protection Bureau's open-air burning plan to collect and transport a total of 20.21 metric tons of joss paper. The joss paper is burned in a special furnace to take into account traditional beliefs and environmental protection concepts. To provide the public with more appropriate and environmentally friendly joss paper disposal channels, reduce the open burning of joss paper for sacrifices, and maintain the air quality of Pingtung County. In addition, cooperate with the inspectors of the Environmental Protection Bureau to conduct inspections and sampling operations, and purchase 17 pieces of work clothes (jackets) for the inspectors. The materials of the purchased clothing conform to the CNS international standards and provide relevant certification documents. In order to improve the joss paper environmental protection gold stove in Jinpingan County, so that the furnace body and the prevention equipment can have a more integrated sense, this plan uses external painting methods to present traditional folk belief images such as green dragons and unicorns to improve the prevention equipment. At the same time, it also cooperated with the relevant plans of the Environmental Protection Bureau to carry out 3 rounds of joss paper reduction publicity and centralized incineration policy promotion, so as to increase the public's willingness to cooperate.
