新北市-110年度北區水體污染事件緊急應變民間機構協力處理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 為有效結合北區6縣市（臺北市、新北市、基隆市、桃園市、新竹縣、新竹市）之應變能量，支援處理重大水污染事件，並納入民間專業機構資源，以使污染事件能即時有效控制及清除，因此新北市政府環境保護局依據行政院環境保護署訂定之「水污染事件緊急應變聯防體系作業要點」，辦理「110年度北區水體污染事件緊急應變民間機構協力處理計畫」(以下簡稱本計畫)，於發生重大水污染事件時，協助管轄機關即時依水污染事件緊急應變處理作業要點規定，成立緊急應變中心，協調處理緊急應變作業，並適時啟動應變聯防體系共同處理污染事件。 | ||
