The duration of this project is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Beside continues to maintain the Taichung Moving pollution sources Visualization platform. we also built a functional interface for evaluating the effectiveness of Moving Pollution Source Emissions Reduction. In order to plan the zone of Air Quality Maintenance in Taichung City, the project will conduct the analysis of the traffic volume survey for incineration plant, Taichung City Government, Dakeng Scenic Area and Taiwan Boulevard to Boguan road. Then we import the result into the platform of a visual display for Moving Pollution Sources and write the report of investigation. For the efficiency, the plan is to perform intelligent visual inspection of smoke in Houli incineration plant and general roads. Then we judge the smoke by manual inspection and import the image of vehicle smoke into the system for the system to learn to improve the situation of recognition. And it will distinguish the exhaust smoke. In addition, this year we have assisted in the handling of two conferences related to the zone of Taichung Port Air Quality Maintenance (including the seminar and the public hearing), which have been approved on September 23. We collect relevant literature of Moving Pollution Sources at home and abroad, and it also conducts feasibility assessment and provides relevant recommendations for the management policy of Moving Pollution Source Emissions Reduction. In addition, this project meets the needs of the agency and has published two news and one banner advertisement.
