By researching international contingency regulations and cases, as well as holding meetings of regulatory discussions and explanatory in various counties and cities, the opinions from all walks of life on emergency prevention measures were collected, and the amendment of "Emergency Control Regulations for the Serious Deterioration of Air Quality" were successfully released on March 3, 2022. Afterwards, this project assisted in the revision of various related measures including the working guidelines for the central air pollution control command center and the writing guidelines for contingency plans, etc., as well as discussion with various public or private premises and authority body, to clarify the doubts about the implementation of the regulations, and to make the implementation of the amended regulation more complete and smooth. In addition, the central command center exercise script was developed. During the high season of air pollution in 2022, by holding of cross-regional response meeting and lectures, this project reviewed implementation actions, and enhanced the knowledge of counties and cities. Through the annual review meeting, experience between counties and cities were shared and exchanged, government units would be prepared to face the test of the next annual air pollution season.
