110年臺南市氣候變遷調適暨低碳永續家園示範區推動計畫

2021Tainan City Adaptation to Climate Change and Promote Low-carbon Sustainable Homeland Demonstration Area Plan
| 英文摘要 | “2021Tainan City Adaptation to Climate Change and Promote Low-carbon Sustainable Homeland Demonstration Area Plan” had four main work projects which included “ Promote Adaptation to Climate Change Plan”, “Regional Participatory Budgeting Plan”, “Establish Low-carbon Sustainable Homeland Demonstration Area” and “Promote Adaptation and Low-carbon Disseminate”. For “ Promote Adaptation to Climate Change Plan”, according to the "Tainan City Climate Change Adaptation Plan 2020 Revised Edition", various bureaus have reviewed and revised key performance indicators for 2025 and 2030. In addition, 3 inter-bureau meetings have been held to conduct management examinations, and 1 training on climate change adaptation. For “Regional Participatory Budgeting Plan”, for the first time, the proposal types are divided into basic and advanced types, and scenario workshop and proposal development workshop have been handled, and 7 communities have been subsidized to promote participatory budgeting. For “Establish Low-carbon Sustainable Homeland Demonstration Area”, after assessing the list of 4 potential development sites, the Guantian District Office was finally selected as the counseling and subsidy unit for the low-carbon sustainable homeland demonstration area. This year's subsidy can save 1,536 degrees of electricity and 473.6 degrees of water, carbon reduction by 925.98 kgCO2/year, and carbon fixation 62 kgCO2/year. For “Promote Adaptation and Low-carbon Disseminate”, one low-carbon sustainable homes achievement event "Guantian 171 Low-Carbon Travel" has been organized to share the achievements of the low-carbon sustainable homeland demonstration area.
